[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to the invention of a fixing device for an antenna base tube, which accurately fixes the antenna base tube with a simple structure.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a new device which can effectively prevent the antenna element from being pulled out due to loosening by using a fitting structure in the pulling direction, and which does not pose a risk of hindering the expansion and contraction operations of the antenna element.

A pipe material with an inner hole has generally been used as the antenna base tube, and when such an antenna base tube is actually used in equipment, its base end is fixed to the base member. However, the conventionally commonly used method for fixing such a circular cross-sectional body is to screw a threaded member such as a screw in the axial direction of the cylindrical cross-sectional body. It is. That is, when using this method, 1
It has the advantage of being relatively easy to work with since it can be a regular threaded member, but the tip of the threaded member is pressed against the circumferential surface of the cylindrical section body, thereby securing the antenna base tube. However, since both the withdrawal of the antenna base tube in the axial direction and the rotation in the circumferential direction must depend on the mere point-like pressing force of the tip of the threaded member, it is not always possible to obtain stable fixation. If the antenna base tube, which is often made of an aluminum cylinder, is tightened too tightly, it may partially bulge inward, hindering the expansion and contraction of the antenna element, or may become slightly loosened, causing its compression. There is a disadvantage that it is difficult to obtain the desired fixation due to the elimination of the problem. For this reason, in order to obtain more stable fixation, it is necessary to use multiple threaded members, pass through rivets, or adopt other structures, but in any case, the construction is complicated and the equipment is damaged. When used during assembly, it requires duplicate processes and is not suitable for mass production.

The present invention has been devised after repeated studies in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and to describe its specific embodiment, a winding case 11 having a built-in winding reel driven by a motor 10 is used. As shown in FIG. 1, a wire 13 connected to the uppermost element 12a of the antenna elements 12, 12, . It is well known that the winding case 1 as described above can be expanded and contracted.
A protrusion 1 having a receiving hole 2 is provided on one side of the winding case 11 to attach the antenna element group to the receiving hole 2, and the base end of the antenna base tube 3 is inserted into the receiving hole 2. , the antenna base tube 3 inserted in this way
The threaded member 4 is screwed into the circumferential surface of the antenna base barrel 3 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the antenna base barrel 3, and the thread 5 of the threaded member 4 extends along the circumferential surface of the antenna base barrel 3. A female thread 6 is carved in the part, and the thread member 4 is attached to the antenna base cylinder 3 in the axial direction as shown in FIGS.
As shown in Figure 4, they are fitted and screwed together.

That is, in the case of this embodiment, since the antenna base cylinder 3 is generally made of a relatively soft metal such as aluminum or synthetic resin, the threaded member 4 of the steel pipe is simply screwed into the antenna base cylinder 3. As a result, the female thread 6 is carved on the circumferential surface of the thread member 4.
As shown in the figure, a split groove 7 is formed at the tip.
A cutter with a corner portion thereof used as a cutter may be used as appropriate to optimize the cutting process, and in any case, a preferable female thread 6 can be formed. However, in some cases, it is natural that a partial female thread 6 may be cut using another cutting tool on the antenna base cylinder 3 to allow the threaded member 4 to be screwed into the threaded member 4. The threaded member 4 may be engaged with a female thread formed thereon, or the threaded member 4 itself may be engaged with the threaded thread.

According to the present invention as described above, the base end of the antenna base tube, which is a cylindrical cross-sectional body, is located at the protrusion 1 of the case 11.
A partial female thread is carved into a part of the circumferential surface of the antenna base cylinder 3 in the receiving hole 2 provided in the antenna base cylinder 3, and the thread member 4 is fitted in the axial direction of the antenna base cylinder 3 to form a screw thread. It is clear that the thread 5 of the threaded member 4 that has been threaded together prevents the antenna base tube 3 from being pulled out (axially moved), and the threaded member that has been engaged as described above The thread 5 of 4 is the antenna base tube 3
It is also clear that since the antenna base tube 3 is engaged in a substantially warped state in the axial direction, rotation of the antenna base tube 3 in the circumferential direction is also accurately prevented.
The thread 5 utilizes a complex uneven structure to partially carve tooth-shaped uneven lines parallel to the axial direction on the circumferential surface of the antenna base tube 3, so that the antenna base tube is made of aluminum or the like. It is possible to obtain stable engagement and fixation that does not deform or affect the inner surface of the antenna element 3 and that does not interfere with the expansion and contraction operation of the antenna element, even if many of the threaded members 4 loosen. The above-mentioned engagement and fixing relationship hardly changes in either the axial direction or the circumferential direction, and due to the tooth shape carved by the thread 5 of the threaded member 4, even if there is vibration etc., it will not change easily. The antenna base cylinder 3 fitted in the part 1 can be effectively maintained, and since only a single threaded member 4 needs to be screwed in, the assembly work is extremely easy, and mass productivity can be sufficiently ensured. It has the function and effect of being able to sufficiently maintain the function of the antenna, and is a highly effective device in terms of practical production.
