は不可能である。このような低回転での混合撹拌
では撹拌効果が薄く均密なる土性変換が期待しに
くい。

きるようにしたことを特徴とする。

15は土圧計を示し、本考案においてはカツター
2及びカツター駆動軸3をカツター伸縮装置5に
よつて軸方向に移動自在ならしめ、カツター2を
圧力チヤンバー11の中間部分に引き込め得るよ
うにすると共に減速機構(図示せず)を用いてカ
ツター駆動軸3の回転速度及び回転方向を変化で
きるようにする。
