る薄膜サーマルヘッドにおいて、前記グレーズ層を前記
給電体と発熱抵抗体の発熱領域との下側の基板面上に設
け、該グレーズ層の、前記発熱領域及びその近傍の部分
は湾曲面を有する凸型グレーズ部とし、残りのグレーズ
層の部分は平担なグレーズ部としたことを特徴とする薄
