失さすシヤープペンシル用ボールチヤツクの構成
は従来公知である。このチヤツク体の頭部つまり
チヤツク部には幾つかの割りを入れ且つ予め自己
拡開力を付与しているのが通常であり、芯挾持力
の弱化消失の際に直ちにその自己拡開力によつて
チヤツク部を拡開するようになつている。しか
し、その侭では拡開の程度に自ずと限界があるた
め、新しく芯をチヤツク部に挿通する場合引つか
かつて円滑に挿通してくれないといつた欠点があ
る。この欠点を解消するには、チヤツク体を充分
拡開させるに足るスペースを生じさせて強制的に
充分な拡開を行なわすこと、つまりチヤツク体と
チヤツク作動体との相互位置関係を通常の場合に
比して一層ずらすようにすることである。その為
にはチヤツク体受座上の転子がチヤツク作動体の
先端から脱出しないようにさせる工夫が必要とな
つてくる。ところが仮りにチヤツク作動体の先端
に転子の脱出を阻止する部材を設ける構成を採用
するときには、部品点数の増加と共に組立ての面
倒さが加わつて能率的といえないきらいがあつ
た。

ブ17前進の後半の段階で押圧用腕片19はチヤ
ツク作動体6に重畳するから、該腕片19が押具
としての機能を喪失する代りに押圧部材18によ
るチヤツク体3の押圧前進が可能となる。他方、
チヤツク作動体6の後退を許容する空間を形成す
ることになるから、第1のバネ12で押されるチ
ヤツク作動体6は後退可能となる。しかし、その
最大後退長はチヤツク作動体6の係合段部10が
チヤツク体3の係合段部9に当る迄であるから、
転子1脱出のおそれは全くない。またチヤツク体
3とチヤツク作動体6の逆方向の移動で転子1は
傾斜受承面5との間に充分な隙間をもつ(第3図
参照)。そこでいま、チヤツク部を強制的に拡開
させるための手段として、チヤツク体6の前端面
に突状係合部21を形成し、これを協働する他方
の突状係合部22を前軸体15に、或いは前軸体
15に対して一定長前後動可能とした滑動リング
23に形成した(第4図参照)としても、充分拡
開させるに足るスペースがあるため、円滑な作動
を保証してくれることになる。
