部を貫通して被加熱物を搬送スるベルトコンベヤと、前
記マイクロ波オーブンの被加熱物搬入口に設置した被加
熱物検知センサと、前記ベルトコンベヤ近辺に設置した
ベルト′速度センサと、該ベルト速度センサで検知した
信号を伝達制御パルスに変換する信号処理回路と、前記
被加熱物検知センサからの信号と、前記信号処理回路か
らの伝達制御パルスとを同期させ前記複数個のマイクロ
波電力供給源をそれぞれ個別に制御する制御回路とから
