ラケツト7に取付けられたシリンダー8の操作で
昇降動するようになつている。また10は、上記
回転盤2の右方の機台1上に設けられたV形溝1
1を有する送り樋で、シリンダー14の作動で前
後摺動する摺動框13と一体の押し具12が溝1
1内に前後進退動して、棒供給機9によつて順次
1本ずつ供給された溝11内の棒20を上記押し
具12によつてプツシユできるようになつてい
る。さらに15は、上記送り樋10と前記成形位
置イの下型3との間に夫々僅か間隔を置いて直線
的に連ねられるように設けられた案内経路で、取
付板19によつて機台1上方に設けられた上部体
15aに対してシリンダー18作動で昇降動でき
る下部体15b側に後端拡口部17bのU形棒孔
16が設けられている。即ち複数の下型3を備え
た間歇回転する回転盤2が停止した成形位置イの
下型3に、上部体15aに対して昇降動できる下
部体15b側に後端拡口部17a,17bの棒孔
16が設けられた案内経路15及び溝11内の棒
20を押し具12によつてプツシユできる送り樋
10を夫々連ね設け、成形と同時に上下型6,3
内のキヤンデー21内に、上記送り樋10内の棒
20を案内経路15の棒孔16を通じて刺し込む
ことを特徴とするものである。なお上部体15a
下面に近接する位置まで下部体15bが上昇した
際における案内経路15の棒孔16が送り樋10
の溝11及び上下型6,3の棒樋孔と一直線の同
一レベル上に位置し、かつ該棒孔16は成形キヤ
ンデー21に刺し込む棒20の太さよりも僅か太
い孔としてある。なお図面実施例では、送り樋1
0の押し具12の進退動及び案内経路15の下部
体15bの昇降動を夫々行なわせる作動装置とし
てシリンダー14,18が夫々用けられている
が、電動モーター駆動のカム機構,リンク機構な
どの機械的作動装置などを使用してもよいことは

20が送り樋10の溝11内へ供給される第3図
イの状態となる。そして再びキヤンデー21の成
形と同時に棒20の刺し込みが行われ、次の製品
加工後、再び前記同様の作動工程で回転盤2が90
度回転するという具合に作動を繰返すもので、ニ
位置において棒刺しキヤンデー製品が下型3内か
ら取出されると同時に次の新しいキヤンデー原料
が投入されるようになているものである。
