Pre-filled syringes, in which the syringe is used instead of a drug container, do not require the work of transferring the drug solution to the syringe when used, compared to ampoules filled with drug solution and transferred to the syringe. It is desired by users such as doctors because it does not become contaminated with bacteria during treatment.

Conventionally, filling and sealing the pre-filled syringe with a medicinal solution has been roughly divided into two methods as follows.
One method is to insert the stopper B, which also serves as a piston, into the barrel A to a predetermined position as shown in Figure 1a, and then, with the tip side of the barrel A facing up, dispense a certain amount of chemical liquid from the tip C of the barrel with a dispenser. inject. After the injection is completed, the tube tip C is sealed by attaching a rubber cap or a syringe needle with a sealed tip, or by applying rubber packing and wrapping aluminum foil over it to complete the filling and sealing operation. The other one is to use the same method as described above to seal the barrel A with the barrel tip C.
The work is completed by injecting a fixed amount of chemical solution from the flange E using a dispenser with the barrel facing down, removing air from the barrel A, and inserting the stopper B which also serves as a piston.

In the second method, in order to simplify the air venting operation, the injection operation is performed in a vacuum box, and the air venting for each barrel A is omitted.

However, all of these methods require a dispenser to measure and dispense the amount of liquid into each barrel, and they are difficult to perform aseptically and have poor workability, making them less economical than ampoule methods. Currently, pre-filled syringes are not used, except for special cases, because they cannot be injected standing upright.

The present invention was made in view of the current situation, and
In the first invention, a large number of syringes with their stoppers retracted so as to leave a space for filling the drug solution on the tip side are installed in an airtight container with the tip side down, and then the inside of the container is evacuated. , a method for filling a syringe with a drug solution, characterized by sequentially injecting the drug solution into the container until the tip of the syringe is immersed, and then returning the pressure in the container to its original state, the second invention After installing a number of syringes with the stoppers retracted so that there is a space for filling the drug solution on the tip side in an airtight container with the tip side down, the inside of the container is evacuated, and then the container is closed. By injecting the drug solution into the syringe until the tip of the syringe is immersed in the container, and then returning the pressure inside the container to its original value, this creates a space for filling the drug solution and creates a negative pressure in the space. This syringe is provided with a means for preventing the stopper from advancing when the stopper is inserted between the barrel and the plunger connected to the stopper.

First, a collar 4f is applied to the syringe 4, and the stopper 4b is stopped at a predetermined retracted position. A large number of these syringes 4 are placed in an airtight container 1 with the tip side, that is, the end where the injection needle is attached, facing down, and then a valve 5 is placed in the vacuum passage 5.
A is opened to evacuate the inside of the container 1. In this state, the valve 9a interposed in the supply path 9 is opened and the medicinal solution is injected into the container 1 until the tip of the syringe 4 is immersed.
Thereafter, the valve 7a interposed in the supply path 7 is opened to introduce sterilized supply air into the container 1, thereby returning the pressure in the container 1 to its original pressure state. When hiding, use syringe 4
The medicinal solution is injected into the syringe 4 due to the pressure difference between the inside of the container 1 and the inside of the container 1. Next, the valve 11a provided in the recovery path 11 is opened, and the pump 12 provided in the recovery path 11 is activated to collect the drug solution remaining in the container 1 into the tank 10.Then, the lid 2 is opened, the syringe 4 is taken out, and the tip of the syringe 4 is removed. The work is completed by applying a rubber cap 13 to the injection needle insertion part.

In addition, when the stopper 4b and the plunger 4c are screwed together so that they can be separated, the plunger 4 is removed during heat sterilization.
Remove c and sterilize. For this reason plunger 4
It is not necessary to form c with a heat-resistant material, which is advantageous in that the selection of materials can be expanded accordingly. Furthermore, the color 4f
Necessary information such as the manufacturer's name, address and how to use it can also be entered. As described above, according to the present invention, a large number of syringes with their stoppers retracted so that there is a space for filling the drug solution on the tip side are installed in an airtight container with the tip side down, and then the inside of the container is opened. By creating a vacuum, then injecting the drug into the container until the tip of the syringe is immersed, and then returning the pressure inside the container to its original level, a certain amount of the drug can be automatically filled into the barrel. Therefore, there is no need for a dispenser as seen in conventional methods, and there is no possibility of contamination with bacteria, etc., and it is possible to fill many barrels with chemical solutions in one operation. By installing a means between the barrel and the plunger connected to the stopper to prevent the stopper from advancing when the medicinal liquid filling space becomes negative pressure, it is possible to stand up the stopper, etc., and to prevent the stopper from moving forward when the drug solution filling space becomes negative pressure. There are effects such as the ability to easily adjust the amount of medicinal solution to be aspirated to a predetermined amount.
