Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the titled material into an article whose number of manufacturing processes is few, equipments are simple, cost is low and quality is favorable from a safety and sanitary points of views, by performing heat treatment by making use of powdery resin. CONSTITUTION:As for a ligneous material 1 to which powdery resin 2... are applied, mold release films 3, 3 are covered over the powdery resin 2..., to which hot-pressing treatment is applied through hot presses 4, 4. Then when the mold release films 3, 3 are peeled off a resin-treated ligneous material 5 is obtained. As for the resin-treated ligneous material 5, along with a matter that the interior of the same is cured with the resin and reinforced a conduit part 1a on the surface is filled also with the resin and resin films 6, 6 are formed on the surface. With this construction, as impregnation and the curing can be performed at the same time through hot-pressing treatment, simplification of manufacturing work can be contrived and manufacturing equipments can be done with simple ones. As the powdery resin is used for the titled material, the excessive powdery resin can be recovered effectively, the titled manufacture becomes costwise advantageous, which is pollution-free and favorable from view points of safety and sanitation.

Conventional methods for producing resin-treated wood materials include the following. Wooden materials such as veneers and decorative veneers are first degassed under reduced pressure, and then immersed in a liquid reactive resin or reactive seven-layer (resin liquid) under normal pressure or tfina pressure,
The resin liquid is impregnated into the wood material.Next, this is pre-dried and then hot-pressed to harden the 1aBVi liquid to obtain the desired pre-shoulder treated wood material.

Hereinafter, the steps will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 3 show an example of the manufacturing method of the present invention in the order of steps, and the material is a thin plate-like wood material represented by a veneer, a decorative veneer, etc. in the figures. The thickness of this wood material 1 is not determined, but it is preferably thin from the viewpoint of the degree of penetration of the resin.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, powder resin 2 is applied to the nonwoven fabrics 7, 7 in advance by means such as thermal spraying or fusion, and this is placed on the wood material 1 and heated. It may be pressure treated. According to this method, the powder resin-coated nonwoven fabric can be prepared separately in advance, making it easier to handle the material and improving work efficiency. The same effect can be obtained by applying the powder resin 2... to the film 3.In addition, in this method, when applying the powder skin oil 2... to the non-t1 cloth 7, It is necessary to set the coating conditions so that the heat-melting property remains even after the coating is applied.

As explained above, since the method for producing resin-treated wood materials of the present invention involves heat-pressure treating the wood material with powdered resin, impregnation and hardening of ususo resin can be performed at the same time by heat-pressure treatment.
This simplifies the manufacturing work and requires simple manufacturing equipment. Since powdered resin is used, excess powdered resin can be effectively recovered, and it is a non-solvent system, which is advantageous in terms of cost, and is non-polluting, which is favorable in terms of health and safety. In addition, since a sebum film is formed on the obtained oil-treated wood material in place of a top coat, it can be used as a product as a cosmetic material.
