Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空容器の一端部にアノードターゲット、他端部にカソ
    ード構体が設けられ、このカソード構体の電子銃が真空
    容器に対して真空ベローズを介して変位可能に支持され
    てなる全周照射形Ｘ線管において、上記真空容器に固定
    フランジが設けられ且つ上記カソード構体に真空容器に
    対して可動的な可動フランジが取りつけられ、この可動
    フランジに少なくとも３個の調整用ボルト、および少な
    くとも３個の固定用ボルトがサークル状に螺合されてな
    り、上記調整用ボルトは上記可動フランジを大気圧に抗
    して上詰固定フランジからひき離す方向に間隔保持し、
    上記固定用ボルトは可動フランジを固定フランジ側に押
    しつける方向に締め付けてなることを特徴とする全周照
    射形Ｘ線管。
