Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は腰椎椎間板障害患者の治療に用いる
牽引装置の改良に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to an improvement of a traction device used for treating patients with lumbar disc disorders.
脊椎障害患者(以下患者という)を仰臥姿勢に
させ、胸部を固定し腰部を持続牽引や間歇牽引に
よりひつぱり上げるように牽引して脊椎後側を広
げ椎間孔から出ている神経の圧迫をとり除く体位
にする、いわゆる牽引装置は既知である。従来の
牽引装置は第4図、第5図に示しているように、
いずれもが患者を横たえる長尺のベツドを必要と
して、しかも装具を牽引するワイヤーを有した牽
引機を前記ベツドの長手方向側端部に並置しなけ
ればならない構成である。そのため、従来の牽引
装置はその全体が大型化し設置スペースが大とな
るので、床面積の限られる病院では導入しづらい
し、また、設置し得る場合でも据付作業に多大の
労力を要す難点があり、加えて、牽引ワイヤーを
要す構造であるため構造が複雑となつて施療時に

きる牽引装置を改良提供することを目的として実
施したもので、牽引治療効果は従来にも増して充
分に発輝し得るものであり、かつ設置占拠面積は
極めて小さくなり、設置の際の取扱いも容易とな
つて、しかも施療に際しての患者への装着は著し
く簡便な操作で確実に行えるようにしたものであ

引脇装具自体の往復作動により患者の所要部位を
牽引するように構成したことを特徴とするもので

ルで間歇的に反覆実施することもできるのであ
