Conventional heating units equipped with this type of infrared lamp are equipped with protective equipment at a distance from the infrared lamp to prevent people taking heat from coming into direct contact with the heated infrared lamp. It was constructed with a net-like body attached. Of course, the net-like body is also heated, and contact with the net-like body will result in burns, so the net-like body is usually provided with a predetermined distance from the infrared lamp. Therefore, the height of the heating unit tends to be large, which tends to reduce the effective internal volume within the tower kotatsu, which is not desirable as the feet of the person taking the heat may come into contact with it.

The warm air generating unit 4 has a concave part 8 formed in the approximate center of the unit top plate 7, and an electric motor 10 is elastically suspended in the vertical direction from the concave part 8 through springs 9, 9. A flat plate-shaped axial flow fan 12 is pivotally supported on the drive shaft 11 of the drive shaft 11, and by rotation drive, air is drawn in from below the axial flow fan 12 as shown by the arrow, passes through blades (not shown), and generates hot air. It is discharged to the outside of the unit, and then sucked in from below the unit again to warm and circulate the inside of the kotatsu main body 1. A guide plate 13 is provided above the axial flow fan 12 and is interposed between the fan and the electric motor 10, and discharges the air sent by the axial flow fan 12 radially around the fan.

The pair of rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6 are arranged parallel to each other with the electric blower fan 12 in between, and are stretched into a gap 17 formed between the electric blower fan 5 and the outer peripheral frame 14. Further, each of the rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6 is connected to an outer peripheral frame 14.
It is placed parallel to the sides of. Therefore, the electric blower fan 5, the rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6, and the through hole 1
5, 15, . . . are arranged in a horizontal row. The irradiated heat rays of the rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6 not only irradiate and heat the feet of the person positioned below the net-like body 16 through the net-like body 16, but also irradiate and heat the net-like body 16, and further heat the body inside the cavity 17. The center side of the net-like body 16 corresponds to the suction port of the electric blower fan 5 to be driven, and the heat of the heated net-like body 16 is transferred to the electric blower fan 5 as shown by the arrow. The outer peripheral frame 1 on the outside of the unit corresponding to the air outlet
Heat is radiated sequentially from the four through holes 15, 15, . . . That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the air taken in from the center side of the mesh body by the electric blower fan 5 passes through the blade portion and reaches the guide plate 13 because it is an axial flow fan 12.
hits the lower surface and cools the center side of the guide plate 13 by distributing it in the circumferential direction, and a part of it passes between the guide plate 13 and the rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6 and is emitted, increasing the temperature on the outside of the guide plate 13. The remaining part of the wind hits the rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6 and is dispersed to the upper and lower parts of the lamps to ensure heat dissipation, and the rest of the wind is distributed to the net-like body 16 and the rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6. 6 and emitted from the through holes to form a net-like body 16.
Reduce temperature rise.

However, as shown in Fig. 3, the pair of rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6 have a part between their ends that has no heat source, and if they are placed on this end side and placed inside the kotatsu. Although the amount of heat rays emitted from the rod-shaped infrared lamps 6, 6 is reduced, the electric blower fan 5 diffuses and releases the heat inside the hot air blower unit, so the temperature distribution inside the kotatsu main body 1 becomes uniform.

Therefore, the net 44 body 16 is maintained at a relatively low temperature without being heated more than necessary.

As mentioned above, the hot air blower unit in this proposal is
In a heat generating unit that is suspended from the ceiling of a tower kotatsu, the opening at the bottom of the outer frame hanging down from the periphery of the unit top plate is covered with a net-like body, and the central side of the net-like body is used as an air intake port. An electric blower fan consisting of a flat axial flow fan was installed approximately in the center of the top plate to use the provided through hole as a discharge outlet.
Then, an electric blower fan is sandwiched between the fan and the outer peripheral frame, and a pair of rod-shaped infrared lamps are stretched in parallel with each other, and the electric blower fan, the rod-shaped infrared lamps, and the through holes are arranged in a horizontal line. This is what I did. For this reason, the electric blower fan takes in air from the center side of the net-like body and hits the guide plate to cool the center side of the guide plate, and a part of the air passes between the rod-shaped infrared lamp and the guide plate to cool the outside of the guide plate. Suppress the rise. Further, the wind passing below the rod-shaped infrared lamp can reduce the temperature rise of the net-like body, and a part of the intake air can be applied directly to the rod-shaped infrared lamp to improve heat exchange. Since a rod-shaped infrared lamp, which is easier to mold than an annular one, is used as a heat source, it is possible to provide an inexpensive heat-generating unit, and an electric blower fan is used to blow the hot air inside the heat-generating unit between the ends of the rod-shaped infrared lamp. The inside of the kotatsu body can be heated evenly with a minimum amount of infrared lamps. or,
Since the center side of the mesh is used as the intake port, intake resistance is reduced and the amount of intake air can be increased. Since the heat generating unit is reinforced by the outer peripheral frame, the heat generating unit can be made thinner. especially,
The electric blower fan, the rod-shaped infrared lamp, and the through holes are arranged horizontally in a row, and the net-like body takes in air and discharges it through the through holes, so the inhaled air becomes warm air and is smoothly discharged laterally into the kotatsu. Circulate to even out temperature distribution. Furthermore, it is not necessary to arrange the electric blower fan and the infrared lamp in the vertical direction, and the heat generating unit can be made thinner.
