* Conventional technology The surface of the coating part provided on the shaft of toy fireworks is a gunpowder-colored rough surface with many small holes caused by air bubbles mixed in during stirring of the compounded drug and unevenness due to the size of the particles of the compounded drug. Therefore, not only is the appearance inconvenient, but there is also a risk of ignition due to surface friction during transportation. Furthermore, since the gunpowder on the surface tends to fall off, especially in the case of so-called set products in which various types of toy fireworks are sold set in the same container, the various gunpowder that falls off from each firework during transportation etc. may fall off at the bottom of the container, etc. There is also a risk that they may mix together to form a more sensitive gunpowder. Additionally, since the gunpowder is exposed, it may absorb moisture and become difficult to burn.

(B) Colored films using transparent lacquer and thinner dry quickly, so only the colored film on the surface hardens before the water in the paint area evaporates.
There is a risk that moisture will be trapped within the coating area and cause the colored film to become cloudy.

Therefore, in the present invention, the film 4 is formed by applying a water-based paint to the surface of the coating portion 2 by dipping, coating, spraying, or other methods. In addition, when the shaft part 1 is made of metal such as wire, the part of the shaft part 1 close to the coating part 2 tends to rust, so as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the shaft part It is desirable to form a film 4' of water-based paint on this part of 1 to prevent rust.

In addition, the water-based paint has a coating part 2 as shown in Figure 3.
However, in order to make the application easier and to make the color of the water-based paint more vivid, as shown in Figure 4, for example, wood powder or vinyl chloride powder may be used. A water-based paint may be applied to the coating portion 2 through a base layer 5 formed by mixing combustible fine powder such as starch, daphnia, synthetic resin, or the like into a paste.

*Effects of the invention The toy fireworks of this invention form a film of water-based paint on the surface of the painted part, rather than a colored film made by mixing metal powder of transparent lacquer and thinner, thereby eliminating the problems mentioned above in conventional toy fireworks. are solved all at once. That is, (a) since it is a water-based paint, it is easy to handle during the manufacturing stage of toy fireworks, there is no risk of ignition or harm to the health of workers, and the cost is lower than that of the conventional colored film. You can also do it.
