本考案はかかる難点を除去せんとするものであ

スイツチ等に関連させた低圧側ロツド6を摺動自
在に貫通させると共に、該ロツド6の一端が臨む
小部屋7を形成し、ダイヤフラム取付フランジ8
を有する低圧側本体である。9は高圧側と低圧側
との差圧によつて作動するダイヤフラムであり、
左面を主圧受皿10で、右面を補助圧受皿11で
挟み、その中心を貫通する水量調整用の弁棒12
をナツト13によつて固着してあり、周辺は上記
ダイヤフラム取付部3とダイヤフラム取付フラン
ジ8とによつて押えられている。14は小部屋7
と低圧室15とを仕切る仕切板、16は小部屋7
と低圧室15とを連通する連通孔、17は小部屋
7内で弁棒12とロツド6との間に配し、小部屋
