この考案はパネル等の釘打ちを行なう釘打装置

従来、パネルの表面板の釘打ちを行なうにつ
き、自動の釘打装置を用いている。しかし、釘打
装置に搬入したパネルにそのままの場所で手作業
を加えようとしても、釘打機構部が邪魔となつて
作業が行なえず、手作業を加えるには別の場所に
運ぶ必要があつた。そのため、手作業専用の別の
スペースを必要とし、また運搬時間のために作業
性が低下するという問題があつた。

実施例
この考案の一実施例を第1図および第2図に示
す。図において、1は作業台となる作業コンベヤ
であり、パネル等のワークMを搬送可能である。
作業コンベヤ1から直角方向に延びてレール2が
床面に設けられ、台車3がレール2に設置されて
いる。台車3は両側に前方に延びるガイドアーム
4を有し、両ガイドアーム4に進退台5が前後移
動自在に設置されている。両進退台5に設けられ
た昇降シリンダ6の先端間に横架材7が設けら
れ、横架材7に多数台の釘打機構部8が適当ピツ
チで配列されている。釘打機構部8は自動供給さ
れる釘を空気圧による打撃片で打込むようにした
もの等からなる。進退台5の駆動は、台車3に設
けたシフト用シリンダ9で行なわれる。台車3に
はこの台車3を進退させる進退シリンダ10が設
置されている。進退シリンダ10のピストンロツ

させることにより、パネルMの幅方向複数箇所に
行なわれる。釘打ちが終了すると、進退シリンダ
10が伸長して台車3が第1図に鎖線で示す位置
まで後退し、ガイドアーム4は全体が作業コンベ
ヤ1の上方から外れる。そのため、作業コンベヤ
1上に作業空間が得られ、作業コンベヤ1上のパ
ネルMに手作業を加えることができる。このよう
に、自動釘打ちと手作業の併用が可能となり、そ
のため手作業専用の作業台を設けることが不要と
なり、かつ運搬の手間が省けて作業性が向上す
