3 is a lid which is rotatably attached to the outside of the main body 2 and opens and closes the opening of the pot 1; 4 and 5 are bushes; 6 is an electric wire; 7 is the above-mentioned A heat shield press plate 8 located in the opening at the bottom of the outer body 2 and having an inverted dish shape and containing a control circuit board, etc., is mounted on the heat shield press plate 7 at a constant interval. It is a heat insulating press board.

となる等の問題を有していた。 It is stipulated in the Electrical Regulation Law to ensure the insulation distance of the electric wire 6, and it is also stipulated that there is no risk of electric shock for non-current-carrying metal parts. If the coating comes into contact multiple times and the surface of the wire touches the metal part, current will flow outside the main body, which is dangerous.
Alternatively, the dangerous edges on the end face of the resin are curved as shown in Figure 2, or rubber or resin bushings 4 and 5 are inserted to protect the wire 6, so as not to damage the wire sheathing. . However, inserting the bushes 4 and 5 is extremely difficult. In other words, the grooves of the large-diameter bushes 4 and 5 must be inserted into the small holes 7' and 8', which requires the skill of the operator. Since the large and small holes 7' and 8' have dangerous edges of the metal plate or resin, there is a risk of injury such as cutting fingers. In addition, since the work of inserting the bushes 4 and 5 takes time, there is a problem in that it increases the process time.

However, since the pawl insertion holes 8a are simply provided in the flat part of the heat insulating press plate 8, water may enter through the pawl insertion holes 8a and be blocked. There is also a problem in that the water resistance of the control circuit board and the like housed inside the heat-insulating press plate 7 cannot be ensured because it gets inside the heat-insulating press plate 7.

In the figure, the heat insulating press board 8 and the heat insulating press board 7 have claw insertion holes provided in the heat insulating press board 8 at the tips of a plurality of stepped claws 7a formed by cutting upward on the heat insulating press board 7. 8a and is fixed by twisting its tip.

The diameter is smaller than the diameter of the electric wire passage wall-mounted hole 10 provided in the heat shield press plate 7. That is, the wire passing hole 9 has a diameter of 20 mm, and the wire passing hole 10 has a diameter of 30 mm.

There will be nothing left to do. Further, since a sufficient curved portion can be secured at the contact portion of the electric wire by metal press working, the electric wire sheathing will not be torn.

It is possible to prevent the infiltration of water.

In addition to fixing the heat insulating press board on the press board, water draining protrusions are provided in the vicinity of the claw insertion holes of the heat insulating press board, which are higher than the surrounding area, so that water flows from the claw insertion holes of the heat insulating press board to the heat shield press. It will no longer penetrate into the board,
As a result, it is possible to ensure the water resistance of the control circuit board, etc. housed inside the heat insulating press board, and the diameter of the wire passing hole provided in the heat insulating press board can be adjusted to the diameter of the wire passing hole provided in the heat insulating press board. Since the diameter is smaller than the diameter of the hole in the wall, there is no chance of the wire sheathing being torn when the wire passes through it, and as a result, there is no need to insert a bushing as in the past, improving work efficiency. It is something that can be measured.
