Conventional heat exchanger installation involves placing heat exchanger B directly on exterior bottom plate A and fixing metal fittings C with screws or the like, as shown in FIG. 4. D
is a burner, and E is a silencer. For this reason, the heat exchanger B or the exterior bottom plate A was rusted or damaged from the contact portion thereof due to electrolytic corrosion or condensed water. or,
The air for baking must be taken in from the front, rear, left, right, or top of the exterior, making it difficult to secure a sufficient air supply area due to rain or wind resistance problems. Another drawback was that intake noise easily leaked outside.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and will be described below along with an embodiment applied to a bath kettle shown in the drawings. 1 is a heat exchanger for the bathtub, and a burner 10 can be attached from the side.
Reference numeral 2 denotes a cut-and-raised piece provided on the upper surface of the exterior bottom plate 3 as a rising piece, and a burring part 11 of the locking tool 4, which will be described later.
A hole 12 into which is fitted is provided. Reference numeral 9 represents an opening created by cutting and raising the cut and raised piece 2, 7 represents a leg of the exterior bottom plate 3, and 8 represents a gap between the opening and the ground. 4
is a locking tool made of a material with a smaller potential difference than the exterior bottom plate for the heat exchanger 1, and has both ends bent to form an upper edge 4a and a lower edge 4b, and a horizontal part 4c has a cut-and-raised piece 2. A fitting part 11a that fits into the hole 12 and a guide hole 11 with a hole 11b formed at the tip thereof, in this embodiment, a burring part are formed. 5 is a muffler placed on the heat exchanger 1, and 6 is a fixture whose upper end is fixed to the muffler 5 and whose lower end is fixed to the exterior bottom plate 3. 13 is the exterior.

Next, the heat exchanger 1 is placed on the horizontal part 4c, the muffler 5 with the upper end of the fixture 6 fixed is stacked, and the fixture 6 is stacked.
The lower end of is fixed to the exterior bottom plate 3. The fixing device 6 prevents vertical movement and the front and rear movement in FIG. 2, and the locking device 4 prevents horizontal movement in the figure. Next, the condensed water adhering to the heat exchanger 1 is guided to the fitting part 11a of the guide hole 11 through the locking tool 4 without splashing onto the exterior bottom plate 3, and then passes through the opening 9 from the hole 11b into the container. is discharged outside. Further, combustion air is supplied from the gap 8 through the opening 9. At this time, water droplets adhering to the heat exchanger 1, the locking tool 4, and the exterior bottom plate 3 are quickly dried.

As described above, the present invention forms a raised piece on the upper surface of the exterior bottom plate with a gap formed between it and the ground, and includes a locking tool having a guide hole that fits into a hole drilled in the raised piece. Since the heat exchanger is fixed with a sandwich, the following effects occur.

(1) Condensed water adhering to the heat exchanger can be discharged outside the heat exchanger without splashing it on the exterior bottom plate, preventing corrosion of the exterior bottom plate. Furthermore, if the material of the locking tool is made to have a smaller potential difference than the exterior bottom plate, electrolytic corrosion of the heat exchanger can be reduced.

(3) Since the heat exchanger is not directly fixed, damage to the heat exchanger due to concentrated stress can be prevented.

(4) 器具の底面より燃焼用空気を吸入するため
