この考案は、菓子の粉とり装置に関するもの
で、とくに生菓子などの表面に付着した食用粉、

全く自動的に、したがつて製品にムラを生じない
粉とりの作業を高速度のもとに連続して行うこと

記ブラシ軸に植え付けられる刷毛は菓子の全高を
包含しうる高さの範囲に亘つて植え付けられ、上
記粉はらい棒は上記ブラシ軸の回転に応じてブラ
シ軸上のすべての刷毛の長さの大部分が粉はらい
棒を擦過して回転する位置に立設せしめたことを

の長さの大部分が粉はらい棒4を擦過して回転す
る位置とせられる。これは、菓子の表面から刷き
取つて、その刷き取つた粉を保有して回転する刷
毛が、粉はらい棒4によつてしごかれ、それによ
つて刷毛の保有する粉を最大限に掻き落とす効果
