一側方から容易に着脱し得るようにした脱穀機に
関するものである。

や藁屑等が該部から漏れてしまうため、従来ゴム
板からなる籾もれ防止体を揺動選別体の側壁又は
機枠内側壁にビス止め又はのり付等の方法で固定
し、それにより上記空隙を被うようにしているの
が通例である。

あらしたり放尿したりして機体各部を錆らす欠点
があり、またたとえ籾もれ防止体を交換するとし
ても揺動選別体をその都度脱穀機から取外したう
え、ビス止め状態等のゴム板を一々剥離付替えし
なければならず、その交換作業に多大の時間と労
力を必要とする欠点があつた。

左右両側に上記籾もれ防止体を着脱自在に保持す
る保持体を一体に設けると共に、上記選別移送方
向始端側の脱穀機壁に開閉自在の窓孔を設け、該
窓孔を通して籾もれ防止体を保持体に着脱し得る
べく構成したことにより、籾もれ防止体に破れや
めくれ等の損傷をきたす不都合を確実に解消し得
て耐用年数を大幅に伸すことができるうえ、籾も
れ防止体の点検及び交換を容易に行ない得て籾も
れを未然に防止することができると共に、揺動選
別体及び受網の掃除をも殊更脱穀機を分解するこ
となく極めて簡便に行なうことができる脱穀機を
提供しようとするものである。

を通して外部から極めて容易且つ迅速に行ない得
て、籾もれによる籾損失を未然に防止することが
できるばかりでなく、機体格納時においても機体
をネズミの害から保護することができ、しかも揺
動選別体や受網等の掃除を脱穀機を殊更分解する
ことなく、外部から簡便に行ない得て選別性能を
常に良好に保持することができる効果がある。
