Claims (1)
備え前記陰極板とは一定の放電空間を隔てて平行な面上
に配置される複数の条電極で構成される行電極と、各絵
素に対応する縦横のアパーチャを有する絶縁性の平板で
構成されその陰極板側に前記行電極を近接配置した制御
プレートと、このプレートの他面側に配置され前記行電
極を形成する条電極と交叉する方向に延出し個々に輪素
に対応するアパーチャ群を備える複数の条電極で構成さ
れる列電極及び煎記列電極に近接配置され内面に蛍光体
を設けたガラスパネルとを備える平面ディスプレイパネ
ルにおいて、前記ガラスパネルの内面に少くとも各絵素
相当の空間を含み、表面から底部に至る深さを均一に規
定した凹所(条溝或は孔を総称する)を設け、各凹所の
底部に加速電極を設け、その上に螢光膜を均一に埋設し
