A conventional example is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. That is, 1 is a shelf, and a large number of cargo storage spaces 2 are defined in the vertical and horizontal directions. Reference numeral 3 denotes a loading/unloading device capable of traveling on a fixed path 4 along the shelf 1, which includes a traveling section 5, an elevating section 6, and the elevating section 6.
It consists of a fork 7 arranged so that it can move in and out in the lateral direction. According to this configuration, cargo can be transferred between the desired cargo storage space 2 and the temporary cargo receiving platform 8 by using the loading/unloading device 3. By the way, in the conventional order picking operation, the load is transferred to a picking table 9 in the home position part where the temporary loading platform 8 is installed, or the loading/unloading device 3 is of a tower type, and the loading/unloading device 3 is of a tower type. This was done by activating device 3. In any case, order picking work could only be done by a small number of people, and it was not possible to handle large requests.

In other words, the present invention includes a shelf having a large number of storage spaces in the vertical and horizontal directions, a loading/unloading device that can travel on a fixed path along the shelf, and a temporary loading platform installed in parallel at the end of the shelf. In an automated warehouse comprising: the cargo receiving surface in the lower cargo storage space of the shelf is formed into an inclined sliding receiving surface that becomes lower toward the back, and an apron continuous with this inclined sliding receiving surface is arranged on the outside of the shelf. This paper proposes an automated warehouse that is fully automated. According to this configuration, by taking out a desired load in the load storage space by the loading/unloading device and passing it to the lower load storage space, the load slides on the inclined sliding receiving surface and is taken out to the apron. Order picking for the load can be performed from outside the shelf.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 3 to 5. Here, conventional examples (Fig. 1, 2
Items with the same reference numerals as in the figure) indicate the same or almost the same components. In other words, 1 is a shelf, 2 is a cargo storage space, and 3 is a shelf.
is a loading/unloading device, 4 is a fixed route, 5 is a running section,
Reference numeral 6 indicates an elevating section, 7 indicates a fork, and 8 indicates a temporary loading platform. The shelf 1 is constructed as a frame by a vertical frame 10, a horizontal frame 11, etc., and a load storage space 2 is defined by a load support member 12 attached between the vertical frames 10. The cargo 13 consists of a storage box with an open top that stores a large number of parts and the like. The cargo receiving surface in the lower cargo storage space 2A of the shelf 1, that is, in the embodiment, the lower cargo storage space 2A is three stages and extends over the entire length of the fixed path in four directions, is formed by an inclined sliding receiving surface that becomes lower toward the back. is formed. That is, the load supporting member 12 is removed from the lower load storage space 2A, and in its place is an idling roller conveyor 14 that is positioned lower toward the back. This idle roller conveyor 14 is attached to the horizontal frame 11 via a stay 15, and guide plates 16 are provided on both sides thereof. An apron 17 continuous to the inclined sliding receiving surface is disposed on the outside of the shelf 1. That is, the apron 17 includes a pair of left and right side plates 18,
Support member 19 attached between the front ends of these side plates 18
It consists of a stopper/support member 20 attached to the rear end side of the side plate 18, and a wire mesh 21 attached between both support members 19, 20, and the wire mesh 21 is inclined so that it becomes lower toward the outside. Further, the wire mesh 21 may be replaced with a chute plate. The front end of the apron 17 configured in this manner is supported by a bracket 22 from the vertical frame 10 via a fixture 23. Note that a plurality of aprons 17 are integrally formed so as to serve also as side plates 18.

The cargo 13 in the cargo storage space 2 is taken out by the loading/unloading device 3 according to the order, and is delivered to the empty lower cargo storage space 2A located at the nearest location. The load 13 in the lower load storage space 2A is on the idle roller conveyor 1.
4, slides on the inclined sliding receiving surface and moves outward, is taken out onto the apron 17, that is, onto the wire mesh 21, and comes into contact with the support member 20 which also serves as a stopper and stops. This allows apron 1
Order picking work for the loads 13 can be carried out from the outside of the apron 7, but at that time, by taking out the loads 13 on multiple aprons 17 as necessary,
It is possible to enable multiple types of order picking work and order picking work by multiple people. Cargo 1 emptied due to order picking work
3 is removed from the apron 17. Further, the cargo 13 which is not empty but has completed the order picking operation is temporarily transferred to the receiving platform 8, and then returned to the cargo storage space 2 by the loading/unloading device 3.

According to the automatic warehouse in the present invention described above,
By taking out a desired load from the load storage space by the loading/unloading device and passing it to the lower load storage space, the load slides on the inclined sliding receiving surface and is taken out to the apron, and the order pick for the load is then placed. King work can be carried out efficiently by a large number of people from outside the shelf, making it possible to fully meet large-volume demands. Further, since a plurality of loads can be placed from the inclined sliding receiving surface to the apron, even if one load is removed from the apron, the apron is immediately replenished with the load.
