Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A controlled motor whose rotational speed is controlled; a potentiometer that generates a control signal whose voltage value changes continuously according to the operating position; and a first potentiometer that generates a first reference voltage. a resistive voltage divider circuit; a second resistive voltage divider circuit that generates a second reference voltage different from the first reference voltage; and a second resistive voltage divider circuit that generates a second reference voltage different from the first reference voltage; a speed change control circuit connected between the potentiometer and the controlled motor to vary the energizing current of the potentiometer; and a first criterion by which the first resistance voltage divider circuit generates a control signal from the potentiometer. a first comparator circuit that compares the control signal from the potentiometer to a second reference voltage produced by the second resistive voltage divider circuit to produce a top speed range signal; a comparison circuit; a first relay that opens the energization circuit of the controlled motor in response to a stop range signal from the first comparison circuit; and a first relay that opens the energization circuit of the controlled motor in response to a maximum speed range signal from the second comparison circuit; and a second relay that substantially shorts the control circuit.
