Conventionally, long items such as towel fabrics were cut by correcting the weave curvature and then sliding the fixed lower blade and movable upper blade together, but the condition of the cut could vary depending on the coarseness of the weave and the size of the fiber thickness. It depended on whether it was good or bad. Particularly when cutting towel fabric parts with coarse weave and thin fiber thickness (such as loose ends of towel fabric), the cutting edge may not be sufficient, resulting in damage to the fabric and a large amount of cutting thread waste. It was the cause of In addition, the cutting performance and durability of the cutting machine are insufficiently reliable especially when incorporated into automatic equipment, and a highly reliable cutting machine has been desired.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a fixed blade and a movable blade with relative inclination angles, intersecting angles, and relief angles and arranging them to face each other. Displacement in the right angle direction is absorbed by a displacement absorbing means using a spring or the like by making the movable blade swingable, and the towel fabric is cut by the intersection point that moves along the cutting edge of each blade. The movable blade is supported by a simple and robust displacement absorbing means, and the spring force of the means can be changed according to the flexibility of the towel fabric, thereby improving cutting performance and durability. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a guillotine-type cutting machine for towel fabric with a robust structure.

Guillotine type cutting machine for towel fabric according to the present invention 1
00 has a fixed blade 11 and a movable blade 12 that interlock with each other and form a pair. The fixed blade 11 is fastened to a vertical surface 110a of a feed support 110 for a material to be cut A such as towel fabric of the cutting machine by bolts so as to be perpendicular to the feeding direction and with its blade edge 11a horizontal. On the other hand, the movable blade 12 has its cutting edge 12a at an inclination angle α (double-edged blade 11,
12 projected from the front, the double-edged cutting edges 11a, 12
The cutting edge 12 of the movable blade 12 has a large blade length, forming an intersecting angle β (the angle formed by the cutting edges 11a and 12a of the double-edged blades on a plane when the two blades are projected from above)).
It is supported by a holder 15 via displacement absorbing means 13 and 14 described below so that occlusion starts from a position slightly inward from the blade side end at point a. The holder 15 has a slide bearing 1 that enables precise sliding.
Guide rods 120 are vertically fixed to the bridge 120 of the cutting machine 100 in parallel to each other via the guide rods 5a.
a and 120b so as to be slidable up and down,
It is connected to the piston rod of a pneumatic cylinder 130 mounted on the bridge 120, and is driven up and down as shown by arrow a by changing the direction of supply of air pressure. The vertical movement of the holder 15 is transmitted to the movable blade 12, and when the two blades 11 and 12 engage, the movable blade 12 generates the cross angle β.
Displacement absorbing means 13 and 14 for absorbing displacement in a direction perpendicular to the occlusal direction are arranged in parallel on the vertical surface 15b of the holder 15 at appropriate intervals. These displacement absorbing means 13 and 14 are connected to the holder 1, respectively.
The blade support frame 13a, 1 is fixed by a bolt with a liner L interposed between the blade support frame 13a and the liner L for selecting the intersection angle β
4a, blade support plates 13b and 14b fixed to the movable blade 12 by welding or the like, and the blade support plate 13.
b, 14b rotatably pivotally supported blade support frame 13a,
Support shafts 13c and 14c fitted to 14a,
The blade support frames 13b, 14b are implanted, and the blade support plates 13b, 14b are bored.
Bolts 13e and 14e are loosely fitted into elongated holes 13d and 14d that enable rocking of bolt 14b, and screws are wound around the bolts 13e and 14e and carved in the upper end portions of the bolts. Blade support plate 1
Nut 13 screwed together from above 3b and 14b
It is composed of compression springs 13g and 14g whose spring force is controlled by f and 14f and which applies spring force to the blade support plates 13b and 14b. Support shaft 13 fitted in the blade support frames 13a, 14a
c and 14c each share an axis that forms a plane projection angle β' of the cutting edge 12a at an intersection angle β with respect to the fixed blade 11, and the blades 13c and 14c share an axis that forms a planar projection angle β' of the cutting edge 12a at an intersection angle β, and the rotation angles induced by the intersection angle β are Due to the thrust acting at the intersection with the fixed blade 11 to absorb the displacement,
The movable blade 12 is rotated via the support plates 13b and 14b. By positioning these support shafts 13c, 14c as close to the cutting edge 12a as possible, the spring constant can be selected from a wide range due to the lever principle. Generally, the sharpness of this guillotine type cutting machine 10 is determined by the compression springs 13.
It is determined by the selection of the spring constants g and 14g and the intersection angle β. Even if tool steel or high-speed steel is used as the material, in order to further improve the durability of the blades 11 and 12, the intersection angle β is kept within 1° to 5° by changing the thickness of the liner L. Select a spring with a large spring constant to supplement the sharpness. Also, since the double blades 11 and 12 have intersection points at the cutting edges 11a and 12a, the relief angle γ (double blade 1
The movable blade 12 is set so as to form an angle formed by both blades when the blades 1 and 12 are projected from the side. A pneumatic cylinder 14 is used to prevent towel fabric A from moving during cutting.
A clamp 16 that is driven up and down by the 0 is arranged near the cutting position.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the guillotine type cutting machine 100 for towel fabric according to the present invention is incorporated into an automatic towel hem sewing machine. The towel fabric A is hung horizontally by a horizontal transport device 200 on transport tables 210a and 210b, which transport the cut towel to a hem trifold device (not shown) by a clamp transport machine (not shown). and feeding device 300
The feed roller 301 comes down and the towel fabric A
The towel fabric is conveyed by the rotation of the roller 301 until the cut portion of the towel fabric is placed above the fixed blade 11 of the cutting machine 100. This positioning is carried out by detecting the pile weave a predetermined distance away from the pile using a thickness detector 302 such as Trimetron (trade name), stopping the rotation of the feed roller 301 based on the detection signal, and activating the clamp 16 at the same time. be exposed. Next, compressed air is supplied from above the cylinder 130, the movable blade 12 is lowered, and the towel fabric A is cut at the margin.
