んで、魚体を包み込む様に確実に挾持するので、例えば
鰹節の製造5程で魚体を切割りする場合、魚体の位置ず
れを生ずることはなく、常に正確な切割りを行うことの
できる特有の効果があり、又、前記魚体の挾持部は左右
の保持部が魚体へ均一な力で馴染んで、魚体全体を挾持
するので、恰も作業者が魚体を両手で挾んで持つ様に保
持して移送するから、挾持する魚体の欠損とか、傷付け
はない為、速写欠損等に伴う商品価値の低下を起すこと
もなく、又、歩留まりもきわめて良好となる特有の効果
も有するものである。
