DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a tile molding method and a tile molding device, and more particularly to a tile surface patterning, mold release method, and device. It is well known that a three-dimensional pattern formed by countless line grooves can be applied to the surface of a press-molded or extrusion-molded tile to make the tile superior in quality.
However, since this wire drawing is performed using a press method or a large-diameter roller, the line groove traces are limited to those of the press type or roller type, and all have the same shape and pattern, which tends to be commonplace.

On the other hand, an invention as disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 1707-1983 has been proposed to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. This product uses a brush made of a large number of needle-like bodies to apply pressure to the surface of the tile by hitting it, resulting in a fine granule-like surface treatment. The problem is that the brush gets clogged with particles, making it difficult to create a pattern with fine granules attached, and the brush has to be cleaned every time in order to create a stable pattern.

There are also examples of stamping using metal molds to create patterns, but in this case, it is difficult to release the mold, resulting in a lack of productivity, and there are also problems such as deforming the pattern when releasing the mold. be.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and uses left and right molds with communicating hole diameters and an uneven pattern formed on the surface. By jetting air from the left and right surfaces onto the tile main body, it is possible to release the mold without deforming the fine pattern applied to the tile main surface.

The molding method of the present invention that achieves this objective consists of two main tiles, the left and right tiles extruded by an extrusion molding machine, into two layers: a bottom layer with coarse communicating pores and a strong surface layer with fine capillary tubes. The left and right molds, which have a layered structure and have an appropriate uneven pattern on the surface, are clamped, and after the patterning is completed, air is jetted from the left and right mold surfaces to hit the surface of the tile main body. The mold is released from the left and right molds, and the molding device is an extrusion molding machine with a cutting member installed inside the die to divide the extrudate into left and right parts and obtain two main tiles at a time. In the front, a left and right type with a two-layer structure consisting of a bottom layer with a rough communicating pore diameter and a strong surface layer with fine capillaries and an uneven pattern on the surface are placed, and either the left or right type is placed. The gist is that one or both of them can be moved in the left-right direction to make the tile main body pressable, and that air supply means are connected to the left and right molds.

The tile main body on which the pattern is formed by the method of the present invention is:
Extrusion molding is performed by cutting square cavities inside the extrusion molding machine at the top and bottom of the center. The extrusion molding machine is formed by cutting members installed vertically inside the rectangular die of the extrusion molding machine. After baking, it can be divided into two pieces by hitting the top or bottom notch with a chisel-like object.

The left and right molds, which sandwich two extruded tiles, have a two-layer structure: a bottom layer with coarse communicating pores and a strong surface layer with fine capillaries. A concavo-convex pattern is formed, and either or both of the left and right molds move to grip the tile main body. By supplying air to the left and right molds, the air is blown out from the surface layer through the communicating holes and capillaries, and is applied to the patterned tile main body to separate the tile main body from the left and right molds. It is something.

As explained above, the molding method of the present invention is to clamp the left and right tile main bodies extruded from an extrusion molding machine with the left and right molds of a continuous porous body and pattern them. Since air is sent into the right mold and sprayed toward the tile main body side, the water contained in the patterned tile main body can be effectively dehydrated from the left and right molds of the open porous body, and the pattern can also be removed. It is possible to release the tile main body from the mold more reliably and stably than with the left and right molds.
