    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ねじ軸部の挿通孔を有する下カバ、一と、ねじ頭部を覆
    う開閉可能な上カバーとを弾性を有する絶縁部材にて一
    体的に成形し、ねじ頭部を下カバーと上カバーとの内部
    に閉塞させた状態でねじ軸部を挿通孔外に突出させ、ね
    じ軸部を被締付け部材にねじ込んで締付ける際にねじ頭
    部で下カバーを共締めするように構成したねじ頭部キャ
    ップ。
