【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は大型集塵機の多数の扉のすべてが閉じ
た状態でなければ送風機等の駆動回路が作動しな
いようにした集塵機の扉用安全装置の改良に関す
るものである。

急激に閉じて作業員がはさまれる等の危険があ
る。このためすべての扉が閉じた状態でなければ
送風機等の駆動回路が作動しないように扉用安全
装置が設けられているが、従来の扉用安全装置は
各扉ごとにリミツトスイツチを取付け、それらの
接点を送風機等の駆動回路に直列結合することに
よりいずれかの扉が開かれた状態では送風機等が
運転できないようにしているため、扉の数が数十
個を越すこともまれではない大型の集塵機では極
めて多数のリミツトスイツチを配置しなければな
らず、その配線工事も容易でないうえに保守に手
数がかかり、また、リミツトスイツチの誤動作に
よる事故の発生率もその数に比例して増加する等
の問題点があつた。

突設してある。5は一端が集塵機本体1の一側の
壁面に固定されたチエン、ワイヤー等の屈曲自在
を連結部材であつて、各連結部材5は各段に配設
されている扉2の金具4に1本宛挿通させたうえ
他端に取付けられたセツト棒7を集塵機本体1の
他側の壁面に設けられたセツト棒受具8に挿入す
る。そして、これらの連結部材5はセツト棒7を
セツト棒受具8に挿入した状態では扉2を開くこ
とができない程度に緊張状態に保持される長さと
してある。また、セツト棒受具8は第2図に示す
ようにセツト棒7を受入れる円筒部9とこれに隣
接するロツク10とを有しており、セツト棒7の
先端の凹陥部11にロツク10の爪10′が嵌入
して常時はセツト棒7を図示の位置にロツクして
おり、さらに、セツト棒受具8の上部には所定ス
トロークだけ上下動可能な摺動体12が設けてあ
り、スプリング12′によつてその下端部が小孔
8′を通じてセツト棒7の方向へ突出している。
そして、第3図に示されるように、この摺動体1
2の側方には摺動体12がセツト棒7により図示
の位置に押上げられているときに作動するリミツ
トスイツチ等のスイツチ14が設けてある。ま
た、このようなセツト棒受具8は例えば扉2が第
1段から第4段まである場合には全部で4個設置
されることとなり、第4図に示されるように合計
4個のスイツチ14は送風機6等の駆動回路15
のメインスイツチ16と直列に接続され、従つ
て、すべてのスイツチ14がオンとならなければ
メインスイツチ16を入れても送風機6等は作動
しなくなる。なお、前記スイツチ14はロツク1
0が外れているときに駆動回路15が作動しない
ようにするためのものであり、また、17は配電

路15がオフになるようになつている。

めてから扉2を開ければ、セツト棒7が引き抜か
れると摺動体12はスプリング12′の力によつ
て下方へ移動するので、リミツトスイツチ等のス
イツチ14はオフとなり、いずれかのスイツチが
オフになるともはや送風機等の駆動回路は作動不
能となり、万一誤つてメインスイツチ16を入れ
る者があつても送風機6等が始動するおそれはな
くなる。なお、前記実施例においては連結部材5
の他端に取付けられたセツト棒7をセツト棒受具
8から引抜くとスイツチがオフとなるようにして
いるが、セツト棒7をセツト棒受具8に摺動自在
に取付ける一方このセツト棒7に連結部材5の他
端を着脱自在に連結できるようにし、連結部材5
をセツト棒7に連結してその重みでセツト棒7に
牽引力が加えられると、セツト棒7が摺動してス

点があり、在来の集塵機の扉用安全装置の欠点を
解決したものとして実用的価値極めて大なもので
ある。
