す。そして、そのインサート板1の外側一面から
は第2図に示す如く軸送り通路1bが穿たれ、そ
の軸送り通路1bが中央の前述円孔1aに通じて
いる。その円孔1a内には、円板状の回転ドラム
2がほぼ内接する如く収納される。その回転ドラ
ム2の外周には軸方向に軸保持溝2aが90度毎に
形成され、中心軸3により回転自在に支持され
る。中心軸3には歯車4が固着され、その歯車4
が中間車5を介してモータ歯車6と噛み合う。よ
つて、モータ7の回転は、これら歯車6,5,4
を介して回転ドラム2へと伝達され、回転ドラム
2を回転させる。前述軸送り通路1b内には外部
から軸8が送り込まれるようになつており、その
軸送り通路1b内に常に軸8が整列されてストツ
クされる。故に、回転ドラム2が回転すると、そ
の回転にともない軸保持溝2a内に順次軸8が1
本ずつ入り込む。そして、回転ドラム2は、一定
位置で停止する。他方、インサート板1の一側に
は突き出し板9が対面して備えられ、その突き出
し板9が適宜な手段により回転ドラム2の軸方向
に往復動可能とされる。その突き出し板9には、
4本の突き出し棒10が立てられ、それぞれ停止
した回転ドラム2の前述軸保持溝2aと対応す
る。そして、突き出し板9の往復動により軸保持
溝2a内に挿入され、また軸保持溝2a内から引
き出されるようになつている。突き出し棒10が
軸保持溝2a内に挿入されると、その軸保持溝2
a内の軸8はそれぞれ同時にその突き出し棒10
により突き出されて、インサート板1の他側に備
えられる金型11へと供給され、それぞれ金型1
1の嵌合穴11aに嵌まり込んで保持される。し
かる後、金型11にたとえば合成樹脂材等が流し
込まれて、軸8を埋め込んだ成形品が形成され
