Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive energy saving and improvement of handling property by a constitution wherein a circulation circuit, equipped with a flow amount sensor, is formed so that water, sucked into a heat accumulating tank, is heated by a heat pump type heat exchanger to make it hot-water and supply it to a hot-water supplying port. CONSTITUTION:During the operation of the heat pump 1, water is circulated by a circulating pump 4 into the heat accumulating tank 2 through the flow amount sensor 8 as shown by the arrow signs of full line in the diagram heat exchange is effected in the heat exchanger 3 between the water and a refrigerant heated by the heat pump 1, thereafter, hot-water is reserved in the heat accumulating tank 2. The rotating speed of the pump 4 is controlled by a heat-up hot-water temperature sensor 7 to make the temperature of hot-water constant. The hot-water is supplied to the demanding source thereof as shown by the arrow signs of broken line in the diagram and water is supplied through the flow amount sensor 8 in accordance with the used amount of hot- water. According to this constitution, the amount of supplying water and the amount of using hot-water are indicated correctly in accordance with the load of hot-water supplying and energy saving as well as the improvement of handling property may be contrived.

Conventional configuration and problems Conventionally, in this type of water heater, controls such as setting the amount of hot water above the line and displaying the remaining hot water were performed using individual temperature detection sensors. If you change it according to the hot water supply load, you will need as many temperature detection sensors as you want to change, and since the hot water supply load varies widely depending on the season, number of family members, personal preferences, etc., it is necessary to cover everything. teeth,
Furthermore, even if multiple temperature detection sensors are used, the temperature can only be varied in stages, making it impossible to set the amount of hot water according to the heating load, resulting in energy savings such as over-heating the hot water. was greatly damaged.

In addition, when displaying the remaining hot water, as many temperature detection sensors are required as there are to display it, and there are problems such as only being able to display an approximate step-by-step display, or not being able to display according to the hot water supply rate, which is likely to cause errors. had.

While the heat pump 1 is in operation, the water in the heat storage tank 2 is circulated by the circulation pump 4 via the flow rate sensor 8 as shown by the solid arrow in FIG. The heat is stored in the heat storage tank 2. still,
When performing heat exchange, the hot water temperature sensor 7 installed at the outlet of the heat exchanger 3 keeps the hot water temperature constant by changing the rotation speed of the circulation pump 4. The temperature of is always constant. Therefore, by setting the amount of hot water passing through the flow rate sensor 8, the linear amount of hot water can be variably set in accordance with the hot water supply load. Also, when hot water is supplied, hot water flows as indicated by the dashed arrow.
