In the spinning room of a spinning factory, separated short fibers and the like drift along with the air currents generated from the high-speed rotating parts of the machine, becoming so-called fluff and accumulating in various places. As a means to remove such fluff, for example, in Utility Model Publication No. 13314/1973, a mobile cleaner with an intake pipe and an exhaust pipe hanging down is run along a rail to remove the fluff deposited on various parts of the frame of a spinning machine. A device has been disclosed in which fluff and the like are once scattered into the air by an air flow from an exhaust pipe, and then sucked into an intake pipe again to collect dust. According to this device, a considerable effect can be achieved because it cleans the fluff and the like before it accumulates in large quantities on the ceiling above the spinning machine. On the other hand, such fluff is often accumulated on the rails of the automatic working machines, and this is compacted by the wheels of the working machines, which have a considerable weight, and further adheres to the rails. However, the above-mentioned devices are not effective in solving this problem. This is because the above-mentioned equipment is installed separately from the automatic work machine, and cleaning work is not necessarily carried out along with the work machine. This is because even if the fluff is blown away, there is a high possibility that fluff will accumulate again until the work equipment comes around. For this reason, various proposals have been made to prevent fluff on the rails, such as using chevron-shaped rails to reduce the apparent flat area on which fluff adheres, or installing brushes in front of the wheels of work equipment. The rail is installed so that it slides against the rail as the work equipment advances, and brushes off the fluff. However, in the former case, in order to use the chevron-shaped rail, the wheel must be provided with a V-groove that engages with it, and the radius of curvature of the rail is therefore reduced, resulting in a severe U-turn at the end of the spinning machine. cause difficulties. On the other hand, in the latter case, the fluff adheres to the brush and gradually becomes dirty and accumulates as the brush is run, and when it reaches a certain amount, it peels off all at once and falls, staining the thread being wound. The fibers enter the can and are introduced into the spinning unit together with the sliver, causing yarn breakage. Furthermore, the brush is a consumable item, and if not properly managed, it will soon stop functioning.

The traveling work machine 1, for example, the doffing machine, has a spinning unit 23.
It is supported by wheels 4 of rails 3 attached to the upper part of the frame of the open-end spinning frame 2 arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the frame. The wheel 4
is driven at a constant speed by a motor 5 via gears 6 and 7 and travels on the rail 3. Guide rollers 8 and 9 attached to the work machine 1 clamp the rail 3 from the front and rear sides, respectively, to assist in running stability.
Although the wheels 10 are not actively driven, they have substantially the same structure as the wheels 4, and assist the wheels 10 in supporting the working machine 1. A brush 11 is installed at the front of the wheel 4.
is installed in sliding contact with the upper surface of the rail 3 that comes into contact with the wheels, and cleans the fluff. However, the brush 11 tends to collect fluff on the rail 3 between the fluff, and this sometimes falls off the fluff, staining the cheese 20 of the spinning machine 2, or entering the can 21 and damaging the sliver 22. Attach to spinning unit 2
3, causing thread breakage. Furthermore, the brushes wear out quickly, requiring frequent replacement and adjustment, which poses management problems as described above.

3 and 4 are schematic diagrams of the cleaning device of the present invention, and the working machine 1 has the same mechanism as the above-mentioned conventional device shown in FIG. 1 in terms of traveling means and the like. In the present invention, a blower 12 is built into the working machine 1 instead of the brush 11, and a nozzle 14 is attached to the blowing side of the blower 12 through a pipe 13. The nozzle 14 is located at approximately the same position as the brush 11, that is, the working machine 1.
The rail 3 occupies a position that is oriented perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the upper surface of the rail 3 at the front in the traveling direction. Since the working machine 1 operates its built-in blower 12 while traveling on the rail 3, air is ejected from the nozzle 14 to blow away and clean the fluff on the rail 3 just before the wheels 4 reach it. The fluff is therefore never trampled by the wheels 4, 10 and, of course, does not stick to the rails or wrap around the wheels.

Furthermore, another pipe 15,1 is installed on the blowing side of the blower 12.
The nozzles 17 and 18 are attached to the work machine trolley duct 19, which is installed parallel to the rail 3 and above the work machine 1, to collect the current. The area around the spinning machine 24 can be cleaned, and the latter 18 can also be used to remove fluff by directing it toward the front of the frame of the spinning machine.

The automatic working machines used in spinning machines, such as doffing machines, splicing machines, and rotor vacuum cleaners, all use airflow.
Therefore, since an air flow source such as a blower is built in, for example, in the case of a doffing machine, as shown in FIG.
6 is placed near the cheese 20 so as to suck the cut yarn end (the yarn end on the side to be continuously spun) during doffing. For this reason, the blower 12 may be used for cleaning the rails and the like without having to take the trouble of incorporating the blower 12 therein, and the blowing side of the blower 12 may be used to connect piping to necessary locations for cleaning.

As mentioned above, according to the present invention, the air flow from the nozzle can constantly clean the fluff on the rail in front of the traveling work machine, and there is no difficulty in maintenance and management of the work machine unlike with brushes. Stable and smooth running can be maintained, and by providing an auxiliary nozzle, it becomes possible to clean the inside of the trolley duct and the spinning machine itself simply by circulating the working machine. In addition, since lint does not get wrapped around the wheels of the work equipment, it is possible to use polyurethane tires with a high friction coefficient.
By improving the holding force for the rail, the driving force of the working machine can be increased, and since a wide rail with a flat upper surface can be used, it becomes easy for the working machine to make a U-turn at the end of the machine base.
