  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ｛１｝多数の絶縁被覆が施された多フィラメント構造の
    超電導線の一外周をステンレステープで巻回するととも
    に、これをステンレス管中に収容してなる超電導中空導
    体において、前記絶縁被覆、 はポリボロシロキサン樹
    脂を主成分とする絶縁塗料の塗布焼付層により形成され
    ていることを特徴とする超電導中空導体。 （２）超電導線は化合物系超電導線である実用新案登録
