- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ヒータ線と多芯構造の超電導素線を撚り合
わせた撚線外周に、粉体塗装法による合成樹脂粉
体の塗布焼付層からなる絶縁層を形成したことを
特徴とする永久電流スイツチ用超電導撚線。 (2) ヒータ線の外側に多芯構造の超電導素線の
複数本を撚り合わせた撚線外周に、粉体塗装法に
よる合成樹脂粉体の塗布焼付層からなる絶縁層を
形成したことを特徴とする永久電流スイツチ用超
電導撚線。
