法を提供せんとするものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to a method for treating high moisture content waste using a novel yeast culture type fermentation. High moisture content waste such as residue can be processed for a short period of time; in addition to efficiently fermenting and removing moisture, the fermented product after treatment can be reused as seed fungi, and can also be directly returned to farmland as fertilizer. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for treating high moisture content waste using yeast culture type fermentation.

However, in this case, growth problems often occur in agricultural crops, and many hygienic and environmental problems occur, resulting in social problems. For this reason, the moisture content is adjusted by drying in the sun or by adding wood flour such as sawdust, planar scum, chip dust, or rice hulls.
Therefore, it is widely practiced to compost it and return it to the soil as an organic fertilizer or soil conditioner.

In addition to adjusting the moisture content using the above-mentioned mixed materials, it is also possible to adjust the moisture content of high-moisture waste to 60% by sun drying or thermal power, and then turn it over once every three days to allow the heat buildup to occur. 60-70 by providing aerobic conditions
Fermentation is completed in about 2 to 3 weeks when the temperature is raised above ℃.

There is a first stage of organic matter decomposition that involves the production of organic acids and other substances and the active consumption of oxygen.
This is because the immaturity causes problems in the growth of crops, making it an inconvenient growing environment for plants. From this first stage, the ammonia nitrogen changes to the nitrite state through the nitrite state, which is the second stage, but this stage has an oxidative character and progresses slowly and over a long period of time. It took several months.

This requires an expensive stirring device, or a long period of about 2 to 3 weeks of air blowing or turning.

The fermentation is carried out in a three-dimensional fermenter, 2/, with a space ICl11 in between. In this case, the conditions for anaerobic fermentation are completely eliminated, so bad odors are less likely to occur. Furthermore, since the facility is a three-dimensional tank, a large area is not required. Also, stirring is no longer necessary.
