図中、１は雑音指数計、２は信号発生器、３は変調器、
１３はステップ減衰回路、１４は減衰駆動回路、１５は
メモリ回路、１６はデータ入力回路である。
尚、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示

路と、上記固定減衰回路の減衰量と上記ステップ減衰回
路との減衰量差により、任意な雑音指数に相当するＹフ
ァクタを発生する変調器と、上記ステップ減衰回路を駆
動する減衰駆動回路と、上記減衰駆動回路に駆動信号を
送り出すメモリ回路と、上記メモリ回路に動作信号を入
力させるデータ入力回路と牽具備したことを特徴とする
