（技術的課題）本考案は主に紙巻煙草の喫煙に使用するパイプ
であつて、喫煙後、吸殻を簡単に排出できる機構
を備えた巻煙草用パイプの提供を目的としてい

（技術的手段）即ち本考案はパイプ本体１の先端部に回転可能
かつ着脱可能に接続した煙草保持筒２と、該保持
筒２内に進退自在に配置した煙草押出筒３とを備
え、前記押出筒３は本体１側に固定した案内管４
の長手方向の長孔５に係合するピン６を有し、該
ピン６を前記保持筒２側に固定した螺旋体７に係

（実施例）以下図示実施例により説明すると、１は一端に
吸い口１ａを備えそれと煙道１ｂで通じるフイル
ター室１ｃを内部に設けたパイプ本体、２は煙草
保持筒で、前記本体１の先端の接続部１ｄに固定
した後述の案内管４を介して回転可能かつ着脱可
能に接続されている。３は煙草保持筒２内に進退
自在に配置した煙草押出筒、３ａはその通孔、３
ｂは先端に螺合され煙草吸口に接する当板、３ｃ
は小径部で、前記保持筒２内に固定した螺旋体７
の先端７ａと煙草保持部２ａの基端を座金８を介
して固定した鳩目状の摺動具９により保持され
る。４は前述の案内管で、前半部が螺旋体７内に
嵌挿されており、その長手方向の長孔５と、螺旋
体７の螺旋孔７ｂに、ピン６が係合し、該ピン６
は前記押出筒３の基部に固設したリング１０に突
設されている。この案内管４は前記摺動具９のか
しめ加工により保持筒２に座金８と共に固定され
る（第２図中矢印）。尚１１はフイルター室１ｃ

（作用）上記の構成に於いて、パイプ本体１に対し煙草

体７とも係合しているので回転に伴なつて煙草押
出筒３が進退する。そこで後退位置に煙草押出筒
３をおき、その状態で巻煙草Ｃを煙草保持筒２の
保持部２ａに嵌め込み、喫煙後、煙草保持筒２を
逆に回して煙草押出筒３を前進させると巻煙草Ｃ
は押出されるから吸殻に手を触れることなく排出
することができる。尚フイルタ１１の交換は案内

（効果）従つて本考案によれば喫煙に当り煙草保持筒２
を回して煙草押出筒３を引込めておき、パイプに
巻煙草を嵌め、喫煙後は煙草保持筒２を本体１に
対し喫煙時と逆に回すだけで簡単に排出すること
ができるから、ニコチン、タールで汚れた吸殻に
触れることがないので衛生的であり、操作上も押
出し式でなく徐々に回しながら排出するので作動
