Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a lattice system grill heater to be coupled for assembly in a short time, by a method wherein caulking mounting is employed to longitudinal and lateral crosspieces for coupling. CONSTITUTION:Longitudinal crosspieces 1 are inserted into slits 3 formed at given intervals in a lateral crosspiece 2, a support stand 4 is placed on the surface side, and a U-groove 6 on the lateral crosspiece 1 is enlarged in a V-shape from the surface by means of a caulking tool 5 such as cold chisel to cause the longitudinal crosspiece to cut through the lateral cross piece 2. This prevents the occurrence of vertical and horizontal jolting, vibration, and slip-off berween the longitudinal and lateral crosspieces 1 and 2. This method enables a grill to be assembled in a short time, enbales prevention of lossening after assembly, resulting in the reduction of the number of processings.

欠点がある。また、ねじ止め構造にあっては穴明け、タ
ッチ立て等の余分な作業が生じて製作工数が大となる欠
点がある。
