〔発明の利用分野〕
本発明は、グリル構造に係り、特に鉄道車両の
車内に設置される室内ヒータ等のカバーとして好

つて格子方式のグリルが使用される場合がある。
この格子方式のグリルにおいて、溶接構造やねじ
止め構造を採用した場合は、溶接構造にあつては
溶接点数が多く、また、変形が生じて歪取り工数
が大となる欠点がある。また、ねじ止め構造にあ
つては穴明け、タツプ立て等の余分な作業が生じ
て製作工数が大となる欠点がある。

形成した縦さんとからなり、前記縦さんの溝を形
成した端面の長手方向中間部分を横さんのスリツ
トに嵌入して、該縦さんのスリツトに嵌入した溝
部分を拡幅し両者を固着したことを特徴とするも
のである。
