    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リアシートの背部に配置されるリアパーセルにおいて、
    該リアパーセルを段差を持って配設される後方の固定側
    パーセルと前方の可動側パーセルとに分割し、可動側パ
    ーセルを支持するコマを可動側パーセルサイドのガイド
    部に摺動可能に配設し、且つ該コマを常時前方へ付勢す
    るバネ手段を設けたことを特徴とする車両用リアパーセ
    ル。
