Generally, in a refrigerator, defrosting is performed as appropriate to prevent a decrease in cooling efficiency. During this defrosting process, water (defrost water) is generated, and it is customary to lead it into the refrigerator with a drainage hose and place it in a dish for evaporation treatment. However, this device for evaporation treatment has problems such as being complicated in structure and expensive.

従来の蒸発処理装置の一例を以下に挙げ、添付
図面によつてその問題点を説明する。

As shown in FIG. 1, a refrigerator 1 is divided into a freezer compartment 2 and a refrigerator 3, each of which is provided with doors 4 and 5. A cooler 6 is installed in the freezer compartment 2, and a cooler 7 is installed in the upper part of the refrigerator 3. A guide 8 for dropping defrosting water to a predetermined location is attached to the lower end of the cooler 7 of the refrigerator 3.

The evaporating dish 12 is used to retain and evaporate defrosting water, and is placed on an evaporating dish holder 13 which is an evaporation processing device. As shown in detail in FIG. 2, this pedestal 13 is provided with a delivery pipe 15 connected to an adjacent compressor 14, and the evaporating dish 12 on the pedestal 13 is heated by the delivery pipe 15. There is.

According to the refrigerator 1, the defrosting water generated in the cooler 7 of the refrigerator compartment 3 falls from the guide 8 into the gutter 9, enters the drain hose 11 outside the refrigerator 1 from the gutter 9, and flows through the drain hose 11. It remains in the evaporating dish 12 via the evaporating plate 12. At this time, heat is applied to the defrosting water through the evaporating dish 12 from the delivery pipe 15 connected to the evaporating dish holder 13, so that the defrosting water remaining in the dish 12 is evaporated.

However, since the refrigerator 1 as described above requires an evaporation processing device called the evaporation dish pedestal 13,
The disadvantage was that the structure was complicated and there was a limit to cost reduction. Also, connect the drain hose 11 to the warehouse 1.
Since it is placed outside, the hose 11 may come off and there is a risk of defrosting water leaking outside the refrigerator 1. Furthermore, the pedestal 13 vibrates due to the vibration of the adjacent compressor 14, and a chattering sound is generated in the evaporating dish 12. Furthermore, since the heat radiated from the compressor 14 directly enters the refrigerator 1, there are also disadvantages such as a decrease in the cold insulation effect of the refrigerator 1.

Furthermore, the purpose of this invention is to bury the drain hose inside the wall so that the defrosting water is discharged through the wall, and to guide the defrosting water to the evaporation tray without leaking water to the outside of the refrigerator. It is possible to provide a refrigerator.

As shown in FIG. 3, a drainage hose 17 is embedded within a wall 10 of the refrigerating compartment 3 of the refrigerator 16, and is adapted to discharge defrosting water through the wall 10. As shown in detail in FIG.
It is attached so that it is located near the top of 4.
The evaporating dish 20 and the compressor 4 are installed with a predetermined distance L (for example, 10 mm) between them.

The defrosted water generated in the cooler 7 of the refrigerator compartment 3 falls into the gutter 9 along the guide 8. Since the gutter 9 is connected to the drain hose 17, the defrosted water flows into the drain hose 17 and is guided downward.
Since the drain hose 17 is embedded in the wall 10, the defrost water does not leak out of the storage compartment 16.

The defrosting water discharged from the drain hose 17 falls into and remains in the evaporation tray 20 installed on the bottom plate 18, but since the compressor 14 is located near the bottom of the evaporation tray 20, the heat released by the compressor 14 is plate 2
0 and acts to evaporate the defrosting water in the pan 20. Since the evaporating dish 20 and the compressor 14 are in a non-contact state, the dish 20 can be prevented from vibrating due to the vibration of the compressor 14, and the chattering sound of the dish 20 can be eliminated. In addition, since the heat of the compressor 14 is cut off from the evaporating dish 20, the refrigerator 1
This means that heat leakage from the bottom plate 18 of No. 6 can be reduced.
