In this method, the thread package is fixed by inserting the center hole of the tube into the fixing peg, and the thread is pulled out in the axial direction of the tube to unravel the thread package. Regarding the direction of pulling out the false twisted yarn from the 1-wound yarn package cage, see Hirohisa Nara and Katsuzo Yasuzuka, "Filament Processing Technology Manual (Volume 2)" (Showa 51.Il, 15, Japan Society of Textile Machinery Engineers, pp. 145-14).
As described in 6), if the winding package is untwisted in such a way that the direction of the twist (untwisting) produced by unwinding is opposite to the false twisting direction, the false twisting will occur due to the residual torque. It is known that since the processed yarn is smoothly separated from the wound yarn package, the unraveling performance is improved. That is, the fifth
As shown in the figure, when the yarn package 1 in which the Z false twisted yarn 1a is wound around the tube 2 is unraveled, the untwisted Z false twisted yarn 1a is untwisted in the S direction. The added S unraveling is appropriate, and as shown in Fig. 6, the S false twisted yarn 3a
When unwinding the wound yarn package 3 wound around the tube 4, it has been considered appropriate to use Z unwinding in which untwisting in the Z direction is added.

Since the yarn guide 5 was traversed, folded portions 1b and 3b were formed in which the false twisted yarns 1a and 3a were curved in an arc shape at both ends of the traverse, and the wound yarn packages l and 3
The ear parts 1c and 3c of the ear are raised and become taller,
Tube 2.4 compared to the traverse width of yarn guide 5
The traverse width of the upper false twisted yarns 1a and 3a becomes slightly narrower, and as a result, the winding tension at both ends of the yarns 1 to 1 is loosened, causing the false twisted yarns 1a and 3a to develop crimps or open. There is.

いう問題があった。(Problem to be solved by the invention) In the conventional method, the untwisting is done in the opposite direction to the false twisting direction, that is, in the same direction as the untwisting direction during the false twisting process. Since the textured yarns 1a and 3a have a torque in the false twisting direction, the false twisted textured yarns 1a and 3a are
rolls on the surface of the wound yarn package 1.3 in the unraveling direction (direction of arrow Q in FIG. 5, direction of arrow Q in FIG. 6) and spreads the yarn. Therefore, recently, high-speed fabric making machines such as high-speed knitting machines and jet looms have appeared, and winding yarn packages 1
is unraveled at a high speed of 600 to 1200 m/mj, n, and as the winding speed increases, the winding package 1.3 is made into a large package, and the traverse width when forming the winding package becomes wider to 20 to 25 cm. Furthermore, when false twisting is performed using POY, the actual twists of the false twisted yarns 1a and 3a are completely eliminated, and the fibers become easy to unravel. The false twisted yarns 1a, 3a are unraveled due to the fact that the winding yarn package E, 3 is loosened at the ears 1c, 3c, making it easier to spread.
causes mutual interference with the surface layers of winding packages l and 3,
There was a problem in that the fluctuations in the unraveling tension became large due to entanglement and pulling, resulting in frequent yarn breakage, which lowered the operating rate of the high-speed cloth making machine and lowered the quality of the resulting knitted fabric. .

対にする。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the problems described in -1-, the present invention provides a wound yarn package in which a false-twisted yarn is wound, wherein the false-twisted yarn is To provide a wound yarn package characterized by having a latent property of rolling in the opposite direction to the pulling direction. In addition, when untwisting the false-twisted yarn from the wound yarn package at a high speed of 600 m/min or more, the above-mentioned wound yarn package has the potential for the false-twisted yarn to roll toward the opposite side of the pulling direction due to the torque. To provide a method for unraveling a wound yarn package, which is characterized by using a wound yarn package having such properties. That is, when untwisting the false twisted yarn from the wound yarn package at a high speed of 600 m/min or more, the wound yarn package 1 of the two false twisted yarns 1a is unraveled by Z untwisting and S false twisting as shown in FIG. Processed yarn 3a
The winding thread 3 is unwound as shown in FIG. 2. When installing 4, reverse the direction of the conventional one.

The Z torque causes the surface of the yarn to roll in the direction of arrow P, that is, in the opposite direction to the direction in which the Z false twisted yarn 1a is pulled out. Furthermore, since the S false twisted yarn 3a having the S I-lux is S-unwound, the S false-twisted yarn 3a is applied to the surface of the wound yarn package 3 in the direction of the arrow P by 81-lux, that is, the S false twisted yarn 3a. It tries to roll in the opposite direction to the direction in which it is pulled out. Therefore, the untwisted [two threads], a, 3

The resistance effect of c and 3c on the false twisted yarns ia and 3a is reduced.
