されるアイドル制御弁を備える一方、エンジン回転数が
所定値以上のアイドル運転領域で燃料をカットする内燃
機関において、実際のアイドル回転数を検出するアイド
ル回転数検出手段と、実際のアイドル回転数を、目標ア
イドル回転数より高い設定アイドル回転数と比較して設
定アイドル回転数以下になったとき出力する比較手段と
、該比較手段が出力したときダッシュポット制御信号を
アイドル制御弁へ出力し当該出力値を所定のエンジン回
転周期で減算する出力手段とを設けたことを特徴とする
