ともに、この棒状ピストンの側面から前記流体通路に向
けて貫通する−供給孔および排出孔を形成し、前記流体
圧シリンダの側壁に、前記供給孔に連通ずる流体供給口
と、前記排出孔に連通ずる流体排出口とを形成し、流体
圧シリンダを、ピストンの適所に当接する中間スリーブ
と、その中間スリーブを支持するシリンダ本体とから構
