とシリンダボディ頂壁との間にあるいはインナプランジ
ャ円周壁にリザーバ室への油供給通路を設け、かつシリ
ンダボディ頂壁にリザーバ室を外部と連通させるオリフ
ィスをあけ、該オリフィスにメータリングバルブを挿入
