Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a titled device and to reduce the cost thereof by the constitution in which the attachment and detachment of a lower metallic pattern and lifting plate are simultaneously, quickly and easily executed. CONSTITUTION:Metallic pattern clamping cylinders 5 are actuated to rise a metallic pattern clamping table 4 up to the positions where rail lifters 18 stand upright and receive rails 13, thereby standing upright the right and left rail lifters 18 and supporting the rails 13. Description

時の下金型の取付及び押上板の取付は・交換しようとす
る金型゛が加熱されていることと、設置されている場所
が狭いので危険を伴い・従ってこれらの交換作業は長時
間に亘ることとなり、又押上板と押上板取付ベースとを
保持しない場合は、下金型と押上ピンの摺動面に砂カミ
等によって自重で下降しないときに連続的作動に支障を
きたすことがあり、従って鋳型造型機の操業能力を低下
することになっている現状である。

爪等が破損する可能性があるO 本発明者は従来方式の上記の如き諸欠点を解決するため
種々検討の結果、本発明装置の開発に成功したものであ
シ、本発明の構成は前記特許請求の範囲に明記したとお
りであり、従って、本発明装置によれば下金型及び押上
板の取付操作を同時に迅速容易に行うことができ・これ
らの操作動力が不要で装置を簡素化し、コスト低減が図
れ、金型交換時の誤作業による下金型取付爪・押上板取
付爪及び押上ピン等の破損がない。

設した該副軸24に取付けであるスプリング25が該押
上板取付爪10を常時「閉」の状態とする如く作用する
。7は複数本の押上ピン9を植設した押上板であり、そ
の下面に前記取付爪10と係合する押上板金具8が設け
