In general, in the case of a single greenhouse, if rainwater, snowmelt water, etc. that flows down from the roof are allowed to flow straight down,
This water seeps into the soil on both sides of the greenhouse, resulting in excess moisture, which can cause plants to grow, and in severe cases, cause root rot and disease.
It is necessary to install side gutters to guide rainwater, snowmelt water, etc. to the gable and drain it to a designated location.

In addition, in the case of multi-buildings, if rainwater, snowmelt water, etc. that flows down from the roof is allowed to flow straight down, a large amount of water will accumulate in the valley formed between the roofs and will not flow smoothly to the gable side. Therefore, the vinyl film will sag, and in severe cases, the vinyl film will tear and a large amount of water will flow into the greenhouse. Therefore, install a valley gutter in this valley to guide rainwater, snowmelt water, etc. to the gable and drain it to a designated location. It is necessary to. Of course, it is necessary to install side gutters not only in the valley but also in the outer part for the same reason as in the case of a single building.

By the way, such side gutters and valley gutters must be attached to the frame before the vinyl film is stretched, and the vinyl film covering the roof surface must be fixed at the side gutters and valley gutters.

Conventionally, in order to fix vinyl film in the side gutter or valley gutter, a thin strip was fixed to the inner surface of the gutter or valley gutter, and the end of the vinyl film was placed on top of this strip. A similar strip was nailed from above to secure the vinyl film.

This method of clamping the ends of the vinyl film between strips and nailing them together is extremely troublesome and requires a lot of effort and time.
Also, when the vinyl film is agitated by strong winds, it tends to tear from the nail holes at the ends, and often tears after being used for a year. Furthermore, with the above-mentioned fixing method, it is extremely troublesome to remove the vinyl film, making it difficult to replace the vinyl film for partial repair.

In addition, in vinyl greenhouses, large amounts of water droplets adhere to the inner surface of the vinyl film that covers the roof due to dew condensation, and this drops along the film and falls into the greenhouse, causing root rot in some areas of the crops. In addition, high humidity causes diseases to occur in crops, and fruit vegetables such as tomatoes crack.

For this reason, conventionally, vinyl films that have been treated with drip-proof treatment, drip-proof treatment, or drip-proof treatment have been used.
A double gutter system is used, with a gutter installed underneath the external side gutter and valley gutter.

However, if the vinyl film is treated with drip-proof or drip-proof treatment, the treatment will disappear within a short period of time, and a large amount of water droplets will adhere to it afterward. The water droplets flow smoothly and concentrate at the bottom of the side gutter or valley gutter, and then permeate through the framework of the vertical beams, side columns, intermediate supports, etc., and permeate to the ground, causing the surrounding crops to become overhydrated. This may cause cracks to grow and the framework of the vertical beams, side columns, intermediate columns, etc. to corrode early, resulting in a shortened lifespan.

Also, in the case of double gutters, there is an advantage that all water droplets other than those that fall on the way can be received and removed.
Houses that can be installed are limited to pipe houses, etc., so there is no versatility, and not only is assembly and repair difficult, but the supporting members are weak, making the upper side gutter and valley gutter easy to damage and deform. The lower side gutter or valley gutter quickly corrodes due to the difference in the amount of water flowing between the upper side gutter or valley gutter and the lower side gutter or gutter and the water droplets. In other words, water droplets accumulate in the lower side gutter or valley gutter and become stagnant, causing significant corrosion.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the inventor of the present invention has made it possible to fix and remove the vinyl film easily and quickly, without damaging the vinyl film by tearing it, and by dew condensation that adheres to the inner surface of the vinyl film covering the roof surface. We have developed a rain gutter component for a vinyl house that can receive all of the water droplets except those that fall on the way, guide them to the gable side, and drain them to a designated location.

As shown in FIG. 8, this newly developed valley gutter member 60 is made by bending the left and right sides of a strip-shaped thin steel plate 61 diagonally upward at an appropriate angle, and extending the longitudinal direction of the left and right sides parallel to the thin steel plate. Forming a band-shaped groove 62 with a narrow opening width, for example, a cross-sectional groove type,
The bottom of the groove is flush with the left and right sides of the thin steel plate, and a gap 64 is formed at the bottom of both sides continuous to the opening edge of the band-shaped groove, and the left and right sides are bent outward over the entire length. A water droplet receiving groove 65 having a cup-shaped cross section is formed. This valley gutter member 60 is a vertical beam 70 installed between the intermediate supports of the greenhouse.
The outer surfaces of the strip grooves 62 on both the left and right sides are connected and fixed to each roof frame, for example, a square column, whose lower ends are fixed to the side surfaces of the longitudinal beams 70, using bifurcated clamping fittings 72 and wedges 74. It is something. In this case, it is fixed to a large vinyl house, but in other simple pipe houses with a single building or simple pipe houses with multiple buildings, a bifurcated clamping bracket 72 is attached to the pipe-shaped roof frame.
It is fixed to the side or valley of the pipe house using wedges 74. By the way, this bifurcated clamping fitting 72 has a locking groove 76 having a narrow opening formed in the upper part of a parallel support plate 75, and one or two elongated holes 73 are bored in the support plate 75, and this length A wedge 74 is fitted into the hole 73.
When fixing the valley gutter 60 with this clamping fitting 72, the strip groove 62 is fitted into the locking groove 76 on the back side of the valley gutter 60, so attachment and removal work is very troublesome. If the groove width of the locking groove 76 and the groove width of the band groove 62 do not match, the clamping fitting 72 may not be able to be installed. Machining accuracy is required and machining is difficult. Moreover, since the upper opening of the locking groove 76 of the clamping fitting 72 is formed to be relatively narrow, it is difficult to fit it directly into the strip groove 62.
Not only is it difficult to see the installation location because it is done on the back of the gutter 60, but it also requires work such as turning back and raising or lowering the gutter 60 itself, which requires a highly skilled or strong person or multiple people to install. Not only is the work efficiency poor, but the economy is also poor.

Therefore, the present invention can be easily attached and detached from the top side of the rain gutter, can be attached and detached with one touch regardless of the width of the gutter groove, the installation position is easy to see, and it can be easily attached and detached by one person without raising the gutter. To provide a rain gutter support device for a vinyl greenhouse, which can significantly improve work efficiency and is highly economical.

The rain gutter 13 is formed by bending both left and right sides or one side of the thin steel plate main body 16 diagonally upward in one or more steps at an arbitrary angle to form inclined parts 17 and 18.
Further, at the end of the inclined portion 18, a groove-like strip groove 19 is formed with an upper opening having a narrow cross section, and at the side end of this strip groove 19, a groove of arbitrary width is formed by bending the end portion 21 downward inwardly. A horizontal support plate 20 is provided as an extension. The width of the horizontal support plate 20 may be any width as long as it is narrower than the length of the hook piece 7 of the bifurcated support member 2, but if it is formed to substantially the same length, the engagement area of the hook piece 7 will be reduced. becomes larger, and it is possible to firmly hold the rain gutter 13. In addition, the strip groove 19 and the horizontal support plate 2
A large number of grooves are cut into the connecting portion 22 of the 0 to properly guide rainwater to the gutter body side.

The rain gutter 13 is connected to the pipe 14 via the above-mentioned clamping tool 1.
When connecting to a roof frame consisting of a pipe 14, as shown in FIG.
Next, place the rain gutter 13 on the upper surface of the horizontal support plate 20, and then touch the lower surface of the hook 7 of the bifurcated support member 2, and attach the hook 8 at the tip to the edge of the strip groove 19, that is, the connecting portion 22. Hook. Next, insert the two support pieces 4 and 5 from above into both sides of the pipe 14, and from this state, insert the pipe 1 into the elongated holes 9 and 10 that serve as guides.
When the wedge 3 is driven in from the direction crossing the pipe 4, the upper surface of the wedge 3 is forcibly brought into close contact with the lower side surface of the fixed pipe 14, pushing the support member 2 downward. At this time, since the pipe 14 is formed in a semicircular shape and is fixed, the bottom outer surface of the strip groove 19 comes into contact with the pipe 14, and the hook piece 7 and the horizontal support plate 20 bend downward to the support member 1. Therefore, it becomes fixed.

In addition, while the rain gutter 13 is held on the pipe 14, as shown in FIG.
Then, from above this sheet 23, waveforms,
When the sheet 23 is pushed into the dovetail groove by trapezoidal or other highly elastic locking lines 24, the vinyl sheet 23 is stretched uniformly over the entire greenhouse from this position. For this reason, rainwater, drops, and snow falling on the sheet are guided to the upper surface of the rain gutter 13 through the sheet, and water from the rain gutter 13 is drained to the outside by other piping means.

Incidentally, FIG. 5 relates to a reference example in which the clamping tool 1 of the present invention is modified. The tops of the parallel support pieces 25 and 26 are connected to each other at a horizontal bottom 27, and a horizontal hook 28 extends to one side from the horizontal bottom 27, forming a hook 29 at its tip. Piece 25,2
At the lower ends of the guide rails 6, U-shaped or hook-shaped guide rails 30 and 31 are formed, which are bent inward. On the other hand, the wedge 32 forms a curved portion 34 whose upper surface has approximately the same curvature as the pipe 14 between the tapered support legs 33 . In this case, hook piece 2
Hook No. 8 onto the end of the strip groove 19, and with the support pieces 25 and 26 inserted into both sides of the pipe 14, attach the support legs 33 to the guide rails 30 and 31 from the same direction as the pipe 14. When they are fitted and driven and slid, the upper surface of the curved portion 34 comes into close contact with the pipe 14, and by pulling down the support member 2a, the rain gutter is connected to the pipe 14 side via this clamping tool.

That is, the structure is simple because the hook piece that is hooked on the edge of the dovetail groove that is the strip groove of the rain gutter and the bifurcated support member that allows the pipe framework to pass through are integrally formed. The installation work to the frame can be done in a so-called one-touch operation, and work efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, since installation and removal work to the rain gutter frame can be done from the upper side of the rain gutter, work efficiency is significantly improved compared to conventional installation work from the back side of the rain gutter, and the installation position is easy to see and the installation status can be confirmed. can. In addition, the hook piece can be hung freely at any position on the edge of the gutter, which is the dovetail groove of the rain gutter, and can be attached and detached with a single touch without being affected by the width of the gutter, unlike conventional methods. The pieces and hooks can be used even with rough machining and are easy to manufacture, and the rain gutter only needs to have a dovetail groove that holds and holds the hook of the hanging piece, making it easy to manufacture the rain gutter. , good economy. In addition, when installing a rain gutter in a valley, the installation work can be done with the rain gutter 13 placed on the pipe 14, so there is no need to lift the heavy rain gutter each time, and even an amateur can easily install it. This greatly improves the work efficiency of attaching and detaching. Furthermore, when removing the support device, the only thing to do is to pull out the wedge and pull up the light support member, so the removal work is very easy and can be easily performed by women and the elderly. Further, the supporting member and the wedge have a compact and simple structure, are easy to process, and have a small number of parts, which is very advantageous in terms of cost. The support piece of the bifurcated support member extends below the pipe, and since the wedge is attached to and removed from this support piece from the direction that crosses the pipe, attachment and detachment work can be performed without being hindered by the pipe or the bifurcation support member. The efficiency of attaching and detaching wedges is improved.
