搬送及び研掃を全く自動的に行なう方法及び装置
に関する。

上げると共に前記主ハンガーと前記サブハンガー
との係合を解く工程と、 該荷卸用リフトを前記傾斜状態から水平状態に
変更する工程と、 水平方向に作動する荷卸用プツシヤーの前進に
よつて該被研掃材を該荷卸用リフト上より荷卸し
する工程と、 該荷卸用プツシヤーを元の位置に後退させる工
程と、 該荷卸用リフトを前記特定角度に傾斜させる工
程と、 該荷卸用リフトを降下させて該荷卸用リフト上
の該サブハンガーを前記主ハンガーに係合させる
工程と、 該主ハンガーと該サブハンガーとを前記搬送手
段によつて前記被研掃材の積載位置まで搬送する
工程と、 の各工程を含み、且つ各々上記の順序をもつて各
工程を自動的に作動させ且つ各工程を繰返さすこ
とを特徴とするハンガー式シヨツトブラスト用被
研掃材積卸搬送方法。 2 ハンガー式シヨツトブラスト装置において被
研掃材に特定角度の傾斜を与えて積卸、搬送及び
研掃を行なう装置にして、 前記被研掃材を懸吊するための複数個の主ハン
ガーを懸吊して無端経路を巡回させるコンベヤラ
インと、 該コンベヤラインの巡回経路上に設けられ、 前記主ハンガーに懸吊されて搬送される前記被
研掃材に対してシヨツトによる研掃を行なう研掃
室と、 前記コンベヤラインの巡回経路上の前記研掃室
よりも上流側に設けられ、前記主ハンガーに対し
て前記被研掃材を懸吊させる積込ステーシヨン
と、 前記コンベヤラインの巡回経路上の前記研掃室
よりも下流側に設けられ、前記主ハンガーに懸吊
された前記被研掃材を該主ハンガーから取り外す
荷卸ステーシヨンと、 前記主ハンガーに係合可能な第一の係合部と、
前記被研掃材に係合可能な第二の係合部とを備え
た枠体から成り、それら第一および第二の係合部
において該主ハンガーおよび該被研掃材にそれぞ
れ係合せしめられることにより、該被研掃材を該
主ハンガーに対して前記特定角度の傾斜状態で懸
吊せしめる、該主ハンガーに対する上下方向への
移動および前記コンベヤラインに略平行な一軸回
りの回動によつて該主ハンガーに対して係合、離
脱せしめられると共に、前記被研掃材の水平な一
方向への移動によつて該被研掃材に対して係合、
離脱せしめられるサブハンガーと、 前記積込ステーシヨンに位置して、該サブハン
ガーを搭載する第一の搭載部と前記被研掃材を搭
載する第二の搭載部とを備え、積込用リフト昇降
アクチユエータによつて前記傾斜状態で昇降せし
められて、その上昇位置において前記第一の搭載
部に搭載された前記サブハンガーの第一の係合部
が前記主ハンガーに対して係合、離脱することを
許容する一方、前記コンベヤラインに略平行な一
軸回りに回動可能に支持されて、前記傾斜状態と
水平状態との間で回動せしめられ、水平状態にお
いて、前記被研掃材の水平方向への移動により、
該被研掃材が前記第二の搭載部に移載され、且つ
前記サブハンガーの第二の係合部に係合すること
を許容する積込用リフトと、 該積込用リフトを、前記積込用リフト昇降アク
チユエータによる該積込用リフトの上昇位置にお
いて前記一軸回りに回動させ、水平状態に位置せ
しめる積込用リフト回動アクチユエータと、 該積込用リフト回動アクチユエータによる回動
によつて水平状態とされる前記積込用リフトに対
応して略水平状態で設けられ、所定の搬入手段に
よつて前記積込ステーシヨンに搬入された前記被
研掃材を水平方向に移動せしめることにより、該
積込用リフトの前記第二の搭載部に搭載せしめる
積込用プツシヤーと、 前記荷卸ステーシヨンに位置して、前記サブハ
ンガーを搭載する第一の搭載部と前記被研掃材を
搭載する第二の搭載部とを備え、荷卸用リフト昇
降アクチユエータによつて前記傾斜状態で昇降せ
しめられて、その上昇位置において前記主ハンガ
ーに懸吊された前記サブハンガーが該主ハンガー
に対して離脱、係合することを許容する一方、前
記コンベヤラインに略平行な一軸回りに回動可能
に支持されて、前記傾斜状態と水平状態との間で
回動せしめられ、水平状態において、前記第二の
搭載部に搭載された前記被研掃材の水平方向への
移動により、該被研掃材が前記サブハンガーの第
二の係合部から離脱して前記第二の搭載部から排
出されることを許容する荷卸用リフトと、 前記荷卸用リフトを、該荷卸用リフト昇降アク
チユエータによる該荷卸用リフトの上昇位置にお
いて前記一軸回りに回動させ、水平状態に位置せ
しめる荷卸用リフト回動アクチユエータと、 該荷卸用リフト回動アクチユエータによる回動
によつて水平状態とされる前記荷卸用リフトに対
応して略水平状態で設けられ、該荷卸用リフトの
前記第二の搭載部に搭載された前記被研掃材を水
平方向に移動させて該第二の搭載部から排出し、
該被研掃材を前記荷卸用ステーシヨンから搬出す
る所定の搬出手段に移載せしめる荷卸用プツシヤ
ーと、 を備えて成ることを特徴とするハンガー式シヨツ
トブラスト用被研掃材積卸搬送装置。
