DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a sludge dewatering device, and more particularly to a sludge dewatering device that includes two cloths driven by a drive device and dehydrates water-containing sludge by sandwiching it between the two cloths. A conventional sludge dewatering device has a configuration as shown in FIG. That is, the upper cloth 3 is suspended between the first driven pulley 1 and the first driving pulley 2. This first driven pulley 1 has an upper cloth 3
A fabric tensioning cylinder 4 is provided to apply a constant tension to the fabric tensioning cylinder 4.
As a result, the first driven pulley 1 is pressed in the direction shown by arrow A. Further, a lower cloth 7 is suspended between the second driven pulley 5 and the second driving pulley 6. This lower cloth 7 is stretched downward by rollers 8. The first driving pulley 2 and the second driving pulley 6 rotate so that the upper cloth 3 moves in the direction shown by arrow B and the lower cloth 7 moves in the direction shown by arrow C. Further, the second driven pulley 5 is provided with a lower cloth tensioning cylinder 9 in order to apply a constant tension to the lower cloth 7. This lower cloth 7 is connected to the sludge 1 from the sludge inflow pipe 10.
2 is placed on the lower cloth 7 via the chute 11, so that it is longer than the upper cloth 3. The sludge 12 is sandwiched between the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 7 and dehydrated by the tension between the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 7. To provide this tension, the upper cloth 3
Upper rollers 13A, 13B, 13C, 1 apply tension to and guide the lower cloth 7 in a superimposed state.
3D, 13E and lower rollers 14A, 14B, 14
C is provided. This upper roller 13A,
13B, 13C, 13D, 13E and lower roller 1
4A, 14B, 14C as upper cloth 3 and lower cloth 7
The two are overlapped and submerged. That is, the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 7 pass under the upper roller 13A and are overlapped, and while the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 7 are overlapped, they pass under the upper roller 13B and are overlapped with each other. 14A, the upper side of the upper roller 13C, the lower side of the lower roller 14B, the upper side of the upper roller 13D, the lower side of the lower roller 13C, and the upper side of the upper roller 13E. The upper cloth 3 is guided toward the first driving pulley 2, and the lower cloth 7 is guided toward the second driving pulley 6. In addition, near the second drive pulley 6, a sludge cake 15 that has been dehydrated by the tension between the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 7 is disposed.
A scraper 16 is provided for taking out the material to the outside. Further, below the lower cloth 7 suspended between the second driven pulley 5, the second driving pulley 6, and the roller 8, water discharged by the sludge 10 is held by the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 7. A trough 17 is provided for receiving water. This trough 17 is formed into a hopper shape and is provided with a water outlet 18.

In this way, conventional sludge dewatering equipment has a mechanism in which water-containing sludge is sandwiched between two cloths, the two cloths are wrapped around a roller, and pressure is applied using the tension of the cloths to dewater the sludge. By pushing the first driven pulley and the second driven pulley in the direction of spreading the upper and lower cloths using a hydraulic cylinder or the like, tension is applied to both the upper and lower cloths to adjust the dewatering pressure. However, in such conventional sludge dewatering equipment, the tension force exerted by the upper and lower rollers is not sufficient, and the strength of the cloth is not high, so the pressing force due to the tension of the cloth is small. The drawback was that the water content of the sludge cake 15 after dewatering was high. Therefore, in recent years, a pressurizing chamber has been installed after the rearmost roller to pinch and pressurize both upper and lower cloths to dehydrate them. What you get is done.

However, in the case of a sludge dewatering device equipped with such a pressurizing chamber, the supply of sludge must be temporarily stopped while dewatering is being performed in the pressurizing chamber.
This had the disadvantage that the processing capacity was halved.

The present invention provides a pressurizing chamber after the rearmost end of the pressurizing roller, and provides a front moving roller and a rear moving roller which are suspended from cloth on both upper and lower sides and move up and down before and after the pressurizing chamber. The aim is to reduce the moisture content of the sludge cake.

In the drawings, the same reference numerals as in the conventional example shown in FIG. 1 indicate the same parts and the same functions. This embodiment differs from the conventional example shown in FIG. 1 in that a front moving roller 20 is provided in place of the upper roller 13E, and a pressurizing chamber 21 and a rear moving roller 22 are also provided. That is, with the upper roller 13E removed, the upper and lower cloths suspended on the lower roller 14C are suspended on the front moving roller 20, pass through the pressurizing chamber 21, and are suspended on the rear moving roller 22. As shown in the figure, this pressurizing chamber 21 has a pressurizing plate 21b and a supporting plate 21c, this supporting plate 21c is fixed at an appropriate location, and a pressurizing device 21a is attached to the pressurizing plate 21b. It is provided. The pressure plate 21b is pressed by the pressure device 21a as shown by arrow A, and the sludge is dehydrated.

With this structure, the water-containing sludge 12 is introduced through the sludge inlet pipe 10 and is then passed through the chute 11.
It is placed on the lower cloth 7 via. Since this lower cloth 7 is moving in the direction shown by the arrow C, it is conveyed and is sandwiched between the upper cloth 3 and the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 7 are pressed by the upper roller 13A, and the water-containing sludge 12 is dehydrated. is started. This water-containing sludge 12 is sandwiched between the upper cloth 3 and the lower cloth 7, and the upper roller 13B → the lower roller 14A → the upper roller 13C → the lower roller 14B → the upper roller 13D.
→ When the cloth passes through the lower roller 14C and enters the pressurizing chamber 21, the pressurizing chamber 21 stops the upper and lower cloths when the cloth is long enough to be pressurized by the pressurizing plate 21b. is pressurized by driving the pressurizing device 21a. During this time, the upper and lower cloths 3 and 7 are stopped in the pressurizing chamber 21, but the first drive pulley 2 and the second
Since the drive pulley 6 is continuously driven, the upper and lower cloths 3 and 7 will slack on the upstream side of the pressurizing chamber 21, and the upper and lower cloths 3 and 7 will be stretched on the downstream side of the pressurizing chamber 21. Become. Therefore, while the pressurizing chamber 21 is in operation, the forward moving roller 20 on the upstream side of the pressurizing chamber 21 moves upward as shown by arrow B in accordance with the movement of the cloth and comes to the position 20a. Further, the rear moving roller 22 on the downstream side of the pressurizing chamber 21
While 1 is operating, move arrow C according to the movement of the cloth.
As shown in the figure, it moves downward and comes to the position 22a. When the front moving roller 20 and the rear moving roller 22 move to predetermined positions (positions 20a and 22a), the pressurization of the pressurizing chamber 21 is completed, and the pressurizing device 21a
raises the pressure plate 21b. When this pressure plate goes up,
The front moving roller 20 and the rear moving roller 22 return to their original positions. By repeating this process, sludge dewatering is performed continuously.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, the movement of the cloth stops in the pressurizing chamber 21, but the back and forth moving rollers 20 and 22 provided at the front and rear of the pressurizing chamber are stopped in the pressurizing chamber 21. Since the movement of the cloth is covered by vertical movement, water-containing sludge can be continuously supplied.
