Among these methods, the method of capturing stones with a basket involves inserting a member with a guiding pug at the tip and a spiral basket at the root into the ureter, After the stone passes through the stone, the basket is expanded to capture the stone and pull it out. Although it is effective, it requires skill to hold the captured stone so that it does not dislodge. If it is enlarged, surgery must be performed. Next, the method of fragmentation using explosives involves applying an explosive to the surface of the stone through a catheter fitted with explosives, detonating it from outside the body using electricity or laser, and crushing the stone into small pieces that are then expelled naturally. It is most effective from the start, but in reality, the stones are easy to move, so it takes time to bring the explosive into contact with the stones.
Moreover, even after they are brought into contact, they are not fixed to each other, so the crushing effect of the explosion is extremely insufficient.
For this reason, there was a high risk that the amount of explosives would be used in excess of a predetermined amount, leading to damage to the ureter.

う欠点があつた。 Furthermore, a device has also been developed in which the stone is captured by the basket, and then the basket is pulled up to press the stone against the tip of the crushing mechanism, and the stone is crushed in this state (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 56-23943, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-23943,
56-109705). This device has a rod with a circular cross section, with the tip of the crushing mechanism exposed in the center, and a pujee that bundles each tip of the filament through several vertical holes provided along the circumference. This rod is inserted into the ureter, and when the rod is positioned beyond the stone, the striae are loosened and the elasticity of the striae forms a basket to surround the stone, and then the striae is pulled. , one end of the rod is pressed against the stone to activate this crushing mechanism.
In reality, as mentioned above, stones are easy to move.
When inserting the tip of the pujee beyond the stone, the stone is pushed away by the pujee, making it difficult to capture the stone accurately and requiring considerable effort. Since the mechanism has a structure fixed to a rod or the like having a circular cross section, it has the disadvantage that it cannot effectively destroy stones and requires a large external force to destroy them.

る。 The present invention overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art, and has a structure for capturing stones that does not require the insertion and positioning of the pug beyond the stone, and that the stone is surrounded from the outside and grasped as it is. The object of the present invention is to provide a ureteral stone destruction device comprising a mechanism and a slidable stone crushing mechanism inserted into the mechanism.

A calculus capturing mechanism is provided with a flexible inner tube in the shape of a rake, and a calculus trapping mechanism is fitted with the elastic filament to hold it in a compressed state. A stone crushing mechanism is provided with a part that comes into contact with a stone and crushes it.
以下、本発明を図面を参照して説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

である。 As shown in FIG. 1, the stone capturing mechanism A has a hook portion 1' attached to the rim of one end of the inner tube 4 by bending its tip inward in advance.
The several elastic filaments 2'... formed with the elastic filaments 2'... are fixed at their proximal ends with each facing forward, and the inner tube 4 is placed together with the elastic filaments 2'... into one outer tube 5. It is formed by being inserted into the calculus, and the hook portions 1' can be directly hooked onto the calculus to draw it in a rake-like manner.

もよい。 Figure 2 shows a state in which a stone is crushed by combining the stone trapping mechanism A shown in Figure 1 with a stone crushing mechanism B, in which the stone trapping mechanism A shown in Figure 1 is inserted into the ureter. After positioning it at the rear of the calculus, the inner tube 4 is pushed out to push out the elastic filaments 2', and the calculus is surrounded by each elastic filament 2 that expands due to elasticity, and each elastic filament 2'... Hook part 1' of article 2...
After capturing the stone by hooking it on the irregularities on the outer surface of the stone or positioning it in front of the stone, the outer tube 5
The stone crushing mechanism B, which consists of a pushing tube 8 with an explosive 6 attached to its tip, is inserted into the inner tube 4 along with the leg line 9 connected to the explosive, and the tip is inserted into the stone. Indicates a pressed state. In this case, the outer tube 5 may be left as is, and the stone crushing mechanism B is not limited to explosives.
It may be possible to use a drill, an ultrasonic vibrator, or the like.
