Methods of crushing and removing stones are known, and among these methods, the method of capturing stones with a basket involves inserting a member with a guiding pug at the tip and a spiral basket at the root into the ureter, and inserting a member into the ureter. After the guiding bougie passes through the stone, the basket is expanded to capture the stone and pull it out. Although it is effective, it requires skill to hold the captured stone so that it does not dislodge. If the tumor has already become enlarged, surgery must be performed. Next, the method of fragmentation using explosives involves applying an explosive to the surface of the stone through a catheter fitted with explosives, detonating it from outside the body using electricity or laser, and crushing the stone into small pieces that are then expelled naturally. This makes it the most effective method, but in reality, the stones are easy to move, so it takes a lot of effort to bring the explosive into contact with the stones, and even after they have been brought into contact, they are not fixed together. The crushing effect of the explosion was extremely insufficient, and as a result, there was a high risk that the amount of explosives would be used in excess of a predetermined amount, leading to damage to the ureter.

The embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. Basket 3 consisting of filaments 2...
A flexible inner tube 4 connected to the circumferential surface of the distal end is fitted and housed in an equally flexible outer tube 5 having a slightly larger diameter than this inner tube. Explosives from the tip 6
, a detonator 7, and a push tube 8 are connected in sequence to form a stone crushing mechanism B consisting of a series of wire rod-like members.

That is, the bougie 1 is inserted into the tip of the inner tube 4, the filaments 2 are bent along the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 4, and then the bougie 1 is inserted into the outer tube 5 and integrated. Insert into the ureter, and when the bougie 1 is positioned beyond the stone, insert the outer tube 5.
When the inner tube 4 and the ureter are slightly pulled out, the filament 2° extending from the outer tube 5 into the ureter expands in all directions due to its elasticity, forming a basket 3 to surround the stone as shown in the figure. Next, a push rod 8 having an explosive 6 at its tip is sent into the inner tube 4 to press the front of the explosive 6 against the rear end of the stone. Hold this state and detonator 7
The explosive is detonated through the O-leg wire 9 to perform the required fragmentation.

The crushing force of the explosion is most effectively exerted, so the amount of explosives can be kept to a minimum, and the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art can be eliminated.

By forming the stone, the hook part 1' can be directly hooked onto the calculus and pulled into a rake-like shape without using a pudge.

Similarly to the figure, each filament 2', which is a basket 3, is prepared in advance.
is inserted into the outer tube 5, and then the inner tube 4 is pushed out to push out the filaments 2'..., and the stone is removed through each filament 2', which expands due to its elasticity. It is intended to surround and capture. As in FIG. 2, stones are crushed through a stone crushing mechanism B, and each part is designated by the same reference numerals as in FIG.
