【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、塩化ビニール管と繊維強化樹脂層と
からなる複合管に関するものである。

従来、此の種の複合管としては、例えば第1図
に示すように、塩化ビニール管1の外周面に繊維
強化樹脂層2を積層した複合管3が提案されてい
る。ところで、塩化ビニール管1の外周面に熱硬
化樹脂(ポリエステルなど)をコーテイングして
繊維強化樹脂層2を積層した場合、この繊維強化
樹脂に使用される溶材(スチレンなど)の大部分
は、硬化後は樹脂中に重合されてしまうが、一部
は硬化中に塩化ビニールに滲透することになる。
このように塩化ビニールに溶材が滲透すれば、塩
化ビニール管1の表面が劣化し、もろくなり、塩
化ビニール管1自体に少しの荷重でクラツクが発
生することになる。

クラツクは塩化ビニールテープの部分で発生する
ことになり、塩化ビニール管の表面劣化は防止し
得る。

行なわれた状態になる。次に塩化ビニールテープ
11の外周に繊維強化樹脂層12を積層し、以つ
て複合管13を成形する。

により、クラツクは塩化ビニールテープの部分で
発生することになり、塩化ビニール管の表面劣化
は防止することができる。
