本発明に係る方法は、少なくとも中央部1個所
を深く括れさせた蛇腹式カートリツジ内に混合撹
拌すべき液剤を注入し、密栓後、蛇腹式の撹拌カ
ートリツジを半分ずつ交互に押し縮めることを特
徴とする接着剤等混合撹拌であり、また、本発明
に係る装置は、少なくとも中央部1個所を深く括
れさせ、突出する注入口には着脱自在にしたキヤ
ツプを被着した蛇腹式の撹拌カートリツジと、該
撹拌カートリツジを、その頚部を係止可能にして
装填するシリンダーと、前端部が前記撹拌カート
リツジの括れ部に係着した状態でシリンダー内を
摺動する撹拌ピストンと、前端部にて前記撹拌カ
ートリツジのキヤツプを係止した状態で前記撹拌
ピストンとは別個にシリンダー内を前後動する押
出ピストンからなる接着剤等混合撹拌装置であつ
て、該装置は上記方法を実施するためのものであ
る。図面はその実施例を示すものであり、図中1
はシリンダーで、図示したものは円筒を縦割りに
した形状としてある。シリンダー1の一端面には
鍔2を形成し、また、他端面には突出口3を設け
る。突出口3の内側面には、溝4を形成する。5
は鍔2の中央部に設けたピストン受けで、そこに
押出ピストン6が嵌まつて摺動する。押出ピスト
ン6の先端には、カートリツジを係止するための
係止孔7を形成する。8ピストン受け5の両側に
設けたスライド溝で、その中に撹拌ピストン9の
側板10を収めてスライドさせる。撹拌ピストン
9は、対置した両側板10を、ドーナツ状の端板
11とU字溝を設けた引掛板12で挟んでなる。
13は蛇腹式の撹拌カートリツジで、通常中央部
1個所に括れ部14を設ける。括れ部14は必要
に応じて複数設ける。撹拌カートリツジ13の開
口部には脱着自在のキヤツプ15を装着する。キ
ヤツプ15には、撹拌カートリツジ13の注入口
(螺設部)16内に密に嵌入する嵌入部17を設

トリツジ13の突条8を溝4内に嵌合させてシリ
ンダー1に装填する。かくして第2図に示す状態
となる。そこで撹拌ピストン9を押圧すると、撹
拌カートリツジ13の前半分が押し潰され(第4
図)、そこにあつた剤液は強制的に後半部へ押し
やられる。その際押出ピストン6には何らの力も
加えない。続いて撹拌ピストン9を引き戻し、撹
拌ピストン9に対して押出ピストン6を前進させ
ると、今度は後半部にあつた剤液が前半部に移動
する。このような動作を繰り返すうちに、蛇腹構
造の凹凸による変流作用と相俟つて、複数の剤液
は十分に撹拌混合される。その後撹拌カートリツ
ジ13の先端を切除し、シリンダー1に対して押
出ピストン6を前進させれば、撹拌カートリツジ
13内の混合剤は徐々に押出されていく。なお、
